phillip lester had an empire built purely on beautiful things. beautiful things like flowers, specifically daisies, and the colour orange. phil really did love the colour orange. he also loved the galaxy, hot cocoa and dan howell. he had loved dan howell since the day he rested eyes on the beautiful copper topped boy.
phil believed in a lot of things, most of which he was right about. he believed that beautiful people do beautiful things. he also believed that dan was the sun. he was so very wrong, but phil didn't believe in giving up and boy, he was so sure that dan was the sun.
he was so sure that the warmth he felt was from his sunshine, dan. however, in this universe, there can only be one sun and phil was that sun. phil bought the light and the warmth whereas dan bought the frigid winters and cripplingly scary darkness. but phil believed that dan could do no wrong, and believe he did.
perhaps in the end phil had realised that dan howell wasn't what he had been made out to be.
perhaps phil had seen dan for the moon he really was, but phil believed that dan was the sun and phil didn't believe in giving up.
