rain

I remember the smile you had,

looking to the cloudy skies,

but now a dullness reached your eyes.

Their hiding tears no longer glad.

As we would watch from the window,

you looked to me then at the rain,

told me ' it washes away the pain,'

through the dark grey you had a glow.

It's sad watching it slowly fade,

farther and farther goes away.

Moment by moment every day,

following you a darkness stayed.
