Can we go back to Eden,
to try and start once again?
You be Adam I'll be Eve,
maybe this time we won't leave.
Original sin,
how we cursed our kin.
We couldn't have known,
but the faults our own.
I'd blame the beast serpentile,
for his trickery ways vile,
though now it's clear to see,
truly falling on me.
Wishing with all of my heart,
for a new day a fresh start.
To once again be blind,
to the world turned unkind.
