Tankas :
Lightning
A spidery flash,
came down from the sky,
quiet then a crash.
The image gone from my eye,
couldn't catch it wouldn't try.
Blossom
Life's beauty has gone,
here where my sweet blossom lays,
she had to move on.
Gone but the memory stays,
her sweet smile those spring days.
Haikus :
Crow
A crow in the tree,
so high the things it could see,
yet it watches me.
Blood
Blood under my skin,
in my veins flowing within,
binds me to my kin.
