An angel in black,
wings torn from her back.
Sorrow clouding her eyes,
pointed up towards the skies.
Never again to be,
flying up high freely,
imprisoned on the ground,
by gravity she's bound.
Remembering the fall down,
wearing a funeral gown,
the life she has is dead,
forever here instead.
