Today I have to get my heart transplant but I'm scared straight. "Babe...You okay?" Jai asked stopping at the stoplight. "To be honest Jai, I can't thinking about my surgery. I'm so scared.." "Here lets go somewhere before the surgery.

We arrived of The IceCream Parlor, the same one where we had our first date. "Lets go." He said opening my door. I crawled out and took Jai's hand into mine and we walked into the parlor.
"Here sit while I get the IceCream." He said with a little smile. Even though I'm our here trying into get the surgery off my mind I can't. It could go all wrong. I couldn't believe they found a donator.
"Here I got your favorite." He said handing me my cup with ice cream. My ice cream had peanut butter, fudge, whipped cream, a brownies in it and it is so good. "Thanks Jai it actually means a lot." I said with a smile.
"No problem. So Y/N I know you are so scared for your surgery but you're going to be fine okay. You're strong, you can get through this." He said making me less nervous.

"Jai thanks jus for everything." I said to him making him look up from his phone and smile. "Anything for a princess."
"Y/N Y/L/N?" The nurse called out making me let out a shaky breath and stand up.
"You going to be okay." Jai said taking both of my hands into his. "I love you." "I love you too." I said giving him a kiss and walking separate ways to follow the nurse. We walked in to the room and I saw the doctors there. "Ready Ms. Y/L/N."

"Well Y/N your surgery went well sand should able to go soon. But you have some visitors." The doctor said and I saw the boys out there. That means, Jai's here!
"Okay let them in." I said and the doctor did. The boys had teddy bears and balloons. But I didn't see Jai. Where was he?
"Where's Jai?" I asked and the boys looked at each other like I was crazy. "Y/N stop messing around." Luke said. "I'm not messing around. Where is he? Is he okay?"
"Y/N who do you think the donor was?"
He was the donor? Why didn't he tell me. "He was the donor?" "I'm so sorry Y/N"
"He told us to give this to you." Luke said coming over to me giving me roses, a teddy bear and a heart shaped card.
