First off are some backgrounds, some are mine, some aren't.
If you want to make your own, remember the Wattpad size is 512x512. You may need to resize.

Step 1.
Choose your background, then open it up in Superimpose, or whatever you want.
If you chose a background with black circles, you can choose to change its colour.
Step 2.
Open up your PNG of choice, and place it over your background. Go to filter, and turn the contrast all the way down, then go to the next section, to change the colour of the shadow.
Merge and save.
Step 3.
Open up the same image as before, and place it next to the silhouette. Merge and save.
Export to photos, then you're done.
Step 4. (optional)
Open up your picture in PicsArt, and go to Effects. Mess around with the filters, then go to artistic, and choose one of the options (I recommend Comic)
