Step 1.
Open up the following image as your background in Superimpose:

Open up your image as your foreground, and choose Screen.
The image I used was kind of blurry because I was in a rush.

Merge.
Step 3. (optional)
You may now choose to use a light beam, but it's up to you.
Merge and export to photos.
Step 4.
Open up your image in Phonto, and add your text.
