This is my own layout, so if you use please give credit.
Step 1.
Open up the following image as your background:

Step 2.
Open up your faceclaim, and resize it so it's covering the entire area.
Choose Screen as your blend mode.

Step 3.
Some of the boxes won't be blank, because they have a lower opacity, so go to Mask, and then choose the Rectangular polygon.
Cover the boxes that aren't blank, and then double tap to accept it.

Merge.
Step 4. (optional)
Open up a light beam as your foreground, and place it over the image.
What I did here was choose Overlay in the transform tab, to make the image brighter, but this is optional.
Merge.
Step 5.
Open up the same light beam, but this time choose Screen.
Reduce the opacity a bit, so the image is still bright, but you can still see the light beam.

Merge and export to photos.
Step 6.
Open up your image in Phonto, add your text and then you're done!
