Okay, so this is my final flower edit, and I hope you like it!
Step 1.
Open up any background colour you want or even image, and then choose your png.
Place it where you want.
Merge and save.

Step 2.
Open up the flower image below as your foreground, and place it over the forehead

If it need sit, go to mask and then choose the smooth brush.
Erase the leaves that you don't want.
I did a really bad job, but just ignore that.

Merge and save when done.
Step 3.
Open up your image in PicsArt, go to effects, and then choose Comic.
This makes the two PNGs look more like they belong together.

Press the checkmark and save.
Open it up in Phonto, and add your title, and then you're done!
