Another Photoshop tutorial, although this one can be done on most, if not all, software.
Examples of my fake tan thingies:

So what you do is you make a new layer, and then using the brush tool, slowly begin to trace over the person with a gold.
Don't paint everywhere, but the parts that need it.
Then go to either Overlay or Soft Light, and mess around with the opacity.
I believe that this one had it's opacity at 33-ish%
Then you're done!
