"Here we are." Scott said parking beside the car that belonged to the demon that I charged with guarding Athena. He got out of the car and went into the building while I stayed outside. I smelt old blood, it had wasn't human so it had to have been the guardian's or another's. I looked around untill I fou d the source, a couple of blotches of dried up blood on the ground. Before I could go towards it to take a better look Scott rushed out the doors. "Lord, think you need to see this." He said grimly. I nodded and went inside. The smell of death hung in the air and got stronger the closer to the basement I got. Once down the stairs I found the source of the stenched nailed up on a wall.

"Do you want me to send out a search party my Lord?" Scott asked folding his arms across his chest.

"No, speak of this to no one." I told him heading back up the stairs. Scott followed me not questioning my decision. I went back outside and sampled the air once more finding another scent besides the guardian and Athena's but it was fresher then the blood on the ground. I followed the smell till it then was covered by the smell of what cars release, old death and another very strong smell. I returned to the car and rolled down my door's window. "Drive, turn when I tell you to." I told Scott as he got in and buckled up.

"Yes sir." He said crisply before twisting the key making the machine roar to life. He pulled out of the Asylums drive way and turned right. I closed my eyes and focused only on the combination of smells. I would speak up to tell him to go left, right or to turn back around. For two hours I did this untill I told him to turn right one last time. "Sir I think were here." Scott said pulling to a stop. I opened my eyes and looked at a large white van that was letting off the horrid stench we had been following. Inside a very faint scream could be heard by my ears and my ears alone. I got out of the car and Scott followed my lead.

I approached the door to the house we had parked in front of. Scott looked to me then knocked on the door. I didn't bother waiting for anyone to answer and kicked down the door. Immediately a woman and a man stood up drawing their weapons. Scott pulled out his gun and aimed it at the woman. Another scream came from below us.

"Well well, looky here. The dogs come to fetch it's owner!" The woman said chuckling very much amused by her own statement.

"You are mistaken, I'm here to reclaim what's mine." I told her narrowing my eyes. I lunged at the woman getting shot in the stomach in the process. The projectile almost went cleanly through but not quite. I punched my hand through the womans chest taking her heart as I pulled my arm back. The man beside me was gunned down to the point of falling. Scott advanced on him placing a foot on the man's chest before putting one bullet in his head and two in chest. I dropped the womans heart beside her on the floor and turn towards the sound of an opening door. Athena held by a man came out. She cried bleeding where he had been cutting her with the very knife he was pressing to her throat.

"Don't move or I'll dye the carpet red with this little cunts blood." He threatened looking down at the two dead on the floor. Scott had his gun up aiming at the guys head. "Killed my brother and that bitch. Ah well, they where both in the way of my fun anyways. Beside, now I get all the glory. Gonna earn me a nice little promotion I figure."

"Who's your boss?" Scott demanded.

"Rumblesilskin. Like hell I'm going to tell you." He said. I glared at him tiring of the noise he was making. I took a side glance at Scott which he took as a sign to take the man down. "Now, if you want this little bitch to keep breathing all you have to do is play a game of twenty questions with me. Now, question one....Where did you come from?" He asked then paused. Scott put a bullet in the demons forehead. Athena screamed and pushed away from the man falling to the ground. Scott shot into the man's chest two times before he collapsed beside Athena.
