A/N: This is a one shot suggested by anon2404. She suggested the shot be about Marissa's Botox going wrong, a shot to the ego yknow. I wanted to do it, and I wanted to really write something good but hopefully funny so this is what came out. It has absolutely nothing to do with this story Family .vs. Friends at all so you don't have to read if you don't want to; without further ado, please enjoy.

The day was new and bright, the sun was happily playing hide-and-seek, and the world seemed absolutely ecstatic, it's eagerness to begin easily visible in the soothing glow of pre-dawn.

In a city called Charleston, a mere speck on the entirety of the globe that encompassed the known universe, a woman awoke with a smile on her face and her teeth shining despite the bitter remnants of morning breath she could taste as she smacked her lips. She flipped her covers away, ready as ever to start the day. Her behind itched as she stood to get out of the bed and she scratched, oddly picturing a gorilla in a zoo doing just the same.

"Ooh-ooh-aaaahh," she unintentionally grunted when she hit the right spot after scratching around for a minute.

Her children, fraternal twins Michael and Marie, were already downstairs, their clothing as opposite as could be to match their temperaments though they knew they would face their mother's wrath when she came downstairs because of it.

Michael, dressed lazily in a pair of khaki cargo shorts and a black wife beater with sandals, hopped onto a counter in the kitchen and watched amusedly as his twin sister fumbled about in the refrigerator, grumbling to herself about having to cook breakfast.

"It's always my turn," she said standing and turning while holding an egg in one hand a head of cabbage in the other.

Michael's look was comically horrified as he hesitated to ask her what the heck she thought she could do with that stuff.

Her eyes narrowed on him, "Do you hear me Michael?! It's always my stupid turn. I swear I think you and Mom haven't cooked since Daddy left to go back to work."

Michael grinned "Maybe mom thinks you need the practice more. I mean I'm not the one that set the kitchen on fire making cereal."

A fiery red blush took over Marie's cheeks as her hands balled into tiny fists, her mind obviously missing a few slices of a loaf as she forgot she was holding something. "It was an accident!"

The egg cracked, splattering its gooey insides all over Marie's hand and the cabbage shot forward, rolling onto the floor and landing at the feet of a Medusa that had been slowing traipsing down the stairs.

Marie followed the sight of the feet mismatchedly encased in one Spongebob slipper and one pink house shoe all the way up to the pants that bunched creepily at the woman's V while her hand was hidden behind her and the other was further up running through the snakes of brown hair that extended from her head in all directions.

The woman's lips pursed and she got ready to berate them for playing with food and not having breakfast ready yet when she noticed Marie's light blue sundress with white sandals that contrasted with her brother's own shorts and top.

Eyes narrowing, nose scrunching, and a unibrow forming from not having had the time to make her last waxing appointment, Marissa practically growled at the children, her voice hoarse from just awakening and tongue still rebelling against her breath because she had not yet had the time to brush her teeth.

"What are you two wearing?! Get upstairs and change. NOW!"

Michael uncharacteristically only shrugged and hopped from the counter to make his way towards the stairs. His twin, on the other hand, folded her hands over her as yet nonexistent cleavage and pouted. She grimaced as the remaining yolk on her hand covered one side of the pretty blue dress making it look as if she had a serious sweat problem on one armpit.
