You couldn't remember any dreams from that night, but the visions must have been serious and life-like. You had tossed and turned in the night, and all of you blankets we're shoved off the bedside. Your (H/T) was sticking on end, and you wouldn't be surprised if a Bird made a nest on your scalp. After a nice shower, you beastly hair was tamed, and the day began.
The halls were empty as you walked to the bridge. Is it a tradition for people of Northamer to sleep in? Do I wake up too Early? You shrugged your shoulders at your mental questions. You were still too tired to question life and other things. Right now, you were focused on what to have for breakfast.
Once again, the bridge was deserted. Everything was cleaned from the night before, but it only made the room room bare and cold. You placed a hand on your hip, and you tapped your for along to a imaginary rhythm. You had to need to go see the Medical Bay, the Garden would only put you to sleep, and the toilets weren't interesting enough to see. There had to be more appealing things to do on the giant battleship, right?
You strolled down the halls with no specific location in mind. If there was any door that seemed worthy of a peek, you would take a glance. This process worked very well; you found the kitchen, a closet for cleaning supplies, and the engine room. You didn't date press any buttons since crashing a huge battleship you not look good on your recruitment records. You chose you search in one more room before ending your adventure.
The room seemed very unexpected to you. A bunch of teenage freedom fighters had a library of video games and comic books inside a fighting airship. You walked inside the carpeted room, and analyzed the walls of books and discs. You noticed that most of the items on the shelves were labeled, "Sonic's." In fact, the only game that had no name on it was a racing game, go figure. It must not have been fast enough.
You fell into a blue beanbag chair, and pulled one of the illustrated novels off the shelf. You skimmed through the story, and decided that it was worth the time. You read a few pages, and became intrigued. Whoever wrote this was a genius!! You flipped to the first page again, and looked at the list of names. You couldn't help but smile at the name of the script writer. Ian Flynn, never change your ways!!
You were just about to continue with the story, when the sound of the sliding doors warned you of a visitor in the room.
