I walked into the house to smell Mrs. Mahones delicous pancakes cooking. If you hadn't eaten her pancakes, you were missing out. I had them on the first day of school and fell in love. One bite and you never go back.

"What's the secret?" I asked sitting on a stool.

"There is none. I use a reciepe that I found online and just make them." she said smiling as she flipped a pancake.

"So, you and Austin seem really close." I said "My parents and I don't have such a great relationship. I wish we did." I added sighing slightly.

"Actually, Austin is so embarassed by me he hides me away. He trys to keep me out when friends are over. Not Alex and Robert though. They're like my two other sons." she explained.

"If you don't mind me asking, where's Austins dad?" I asked.

"Uhh, well. Austin's dad died when he was about sixteen months old." she said. I could feel my heart just snapping in half.

"Oh, I'm sorry." I said looking at my feet.

"It's okay to be curious. It's been fourteen years." she said in a whisper.

"Hey mom, I was wond-" Austin walked into th kitchen with no shirt on, ABS. A perfect six pack right there. I wanted to scream and touch them but he probably would have been a little freaked out. "Nevermind, I'll ask you later." he said leaving the room as quickly as he had come in. I told Mrs. Mahone that I would go get the guys. I walked to the back door. It creeked slightly as I opened it. I went to Robert and Austins tent first. I could hear them talking so I went to my tent. I walked in and saw Alex still passed out. How long can this boy sleep?! I lay down beside him and close my eyes slowing down my breathing. Next thing I know I'm being woken up by,

"Sam, Alex! Get up quick!" I got up sleepily. I see Alex jolting out of the tent and onto the lawn. I walk out of the tent to see Austin and Robert laughing so hard theyre in the verge of tears. Alex soon realizes what is going and punches each of them in the arm.

"Ouch!" Austin yelped.

"Oww!" Robert followed.

"Ha! Ha! Ha! Not so funny know, huh?" I said sarcasticlly. Austin and Robert flashed me that 'You are sooo funny' look. I stuck my tongue out at them and went back into the tent. I grab my bag and find my iPhone. It was only nine. I decided to set out my change of clothes that I had brought. Baggy gray sweatpants and a Boston Celtics shirt. I yelled to the guys to not come in because I was changing. Even though I was in the tent I could feel their eyes staring at me. I dressed quickly and went outside to hang with the guys. As soon as I walked out of the tent the boys looked at me with disgust.

"What the hell are you wearing?" Robert asked.

"Uh, sweats and a t-shirt." I said confused. I put up my hair in a messy bun that sat on the top of my head.

"He knows that. He's talking about the shirt." Austin pointed out.

"What? Rondo? The Celtics?" I asked.

"Yes! How can you like them?" Robert questioned once again.

"I'm from New England! I like the Celtics, Boston Red Sox, and the Patriots."

"Red Sox suck." Alex muttered.

"Yeah, everyone on earth knows that Captian Obvious." I said.

"Just the Celtics? Why not the Bulls?" Robert was starting to get on my nerves. He asked the one question, I had to answer it truthfully.

"Well, I like the Celtics because when I was eleven my grandfather and I would go and see them once a week. I knew the roster, the team that set up the court. I knew everyone and they knew me back. We had seats that you could talk to players while they were on the bench. My grandfather had gotten the tickets as a present for his 65th birthday. My grandmother always complained how he never went out and she knew how much he liked te Celtics ever since he was my age. So she got him two season ticket packages and told him to get someone to come along once a week and he picked me. Once we had gone for three months people like Paul Pierce, Ray Allen, Garnett, and Rondo started remembering us and talking to us while they were resting. It was in '08 when they won the championship and we went to all the games. The team asked us to come and payed for our travel and hotel room. They said we were their good luck charms. So they won and we got to celebrate with them. I have signed merch and tons of Celtic stuff. My grandma bought the tickets again and we went for a few months. Then my grandfather had a severe stroke and died. I haven't watched a Celtic game since. All I do is wear the shirts and keep all the stuff in boxes." I could feel tears starting to form. "And that's why I like, no love, the Celtics." I finished. Alex grabbed my hand and squeezed it. Robert looked down at his feet.

"Sam, I didn't know. I'm sor-"

"No, it's fine. But you do know the Bulls haven't won since '98 and only have six titles compared to the Celtics seventeen." I said smartly as I walked past him and into the house.

"That's hot." Alex said standing in shock of my knowledge.

We ate the pancakes in silence so we could enjoy them. Once we had finished we took down the tents and hung out inside because it looked like it was going to rain. It was eleven o'clock and the rain began to pour and according to the weather man it wouldnr stop until sunday. It was the tail of a tropical storm that had just hit the gulf.

"Call your parents. Tell them youre staying another night." Mrs. Mahone said as she switched the channel. We all pulled out of phones. They all agreed and hung up.

"Movie time!" Austin yelled.

"Kay, what is there?" I asked.

"I don't know." he said flipping through the Movies On Demand channel.

"What about Battle Los Angeles?!" I asked excitedly. The guys all turned to me and stared like I had a monkey on my head. "What?"

"You're a girl. You're supposed to like Twilight and that stuff. Not action movies." Austin said.

"For all your information. l am in love with action movies." I said.

"Okay, Battle Los Angeles it is." Austin said. The movie began and it was kind of confusing. They showed us the people and who they were. Then it started. Aliens and shooting and there wasn't that much gore which was good since I have a weak stomach. I was leaning against Alex holding a bowl of popcorn that we were sharing. Suddenly one of the aliens pops out if no where and I jump a little causing some of the popcorn to fly out if the bowl. The guys all laugh at me and I sit there face red as can be. The movie ended and we began to watch another one. The day went on like this until five when Mrs. Mahone told us to get up and do something. So we went up stairs to Austin's bedroom. It was a medium size with yellow walls.

"Austin! Check the views!" I said as I remembered. He quickly logged into YouTube. It had been a couple of days and we hadn't excpected much. Maybe 30-60 views. He went to the video. We all squished together for a view of the screen. This was the moment of truth.

"Oh."

"My."

"God." Robert finished. The video already had 1,000 views.

"How?" Austin asked to himself.

"Look at the comments." Alex said. There were about 250 comments. Some nice and some bad. You could tell the bad ones were from guys because of the username. One comment said "Youre gay. Just like Bieber." Austin brushed it right off. A postive one said "You are cuuute! Great voice

"I told you! People love you!" I said hitting his arm playfuly. He laughed and we all convinced him to put another cover up. He already had some recorded so we listened to them and picked ones that sounded good. We ended up choosing One Time by Justin Bieber to be the next song. Then have him put up Just The Way You Are by Bruno Mars in a week or so. We could smell food from downstairs and ran.

"Walk!" Mrs. Mahone yelled as she heard us coning. The boys ignored her and kept running.
