Sans x Reader: Musical Taste

((Okay. This idea hit me out of nowhere while I was listening to my techno playlist in the shower XD
Please don't ask. I just feel like Sans would be the type of person who enjoys a WIDE variety of music, like my friends and I :3

Seriously. The playlist on my phone ranges from Steven Universe soundtracks to Slipknot to Disturbed to Japanese Rock to Skrillex to Disney songs to Soulja Boy to Kansas to ACDC to Trace Adkins to Creature Feature and I'm getting sidetracked so let's just go...))

"SAAAAAAAAAAAAAANSSSSSSYYYY!!!!"

Your excited squeal made the skeleton mentioned nearly have a heart attack, his entire body going rigid in surprise and shock by the sudden loud noise in the otherwise quiet house. "Kid, for the love of ketchup, don't scare me like that...You made my bones shake."

You ran down the stairs in a hurry, and Sans was almost certain there was a fire judging by the way you were so freaked. "Sans Sans Sans Sans Sans Sans Sans Sans Sans Sans Sans Sans Sans Sans, LOOK AT THIS AMAZINGNESS!" You held your headphones and phone out to him as if it was a bungee cord and he was about to jump off a bridge. Your eyes were wide and your entire face read 'WARNING: RAGING FANGIRL'. The jacket-clad skeleton slid on your headset, 'eyebrow' raised in confusion and interest. What has gotten you so hyped???

He couldn't see what it was on your phone. It was a song, big shocker there. Sarcasm, sarcasm. Only, it was registered as Download-1.0 instead of an actual song title. So he had no clue what to expect. Oh, well.

As the song played, you eagerly awaited Sans' opinion. You had recently found yourself absolutely IN LOVE with Dave from Boyinaband and you were slowly becoming OBSESSED with his songs. Especially You Look Like A Girl and Dead Fast Rap. //not to mention you kinda had a thing for guys with long hair too so Dave was like a freaking Wonderland to you//

Seeing as how the song was rather short, you didn't have to wait for long. When it was over, Sans looked up at you, then down to the phone, then back to you. Needless to say, he looked unamused. Your smile drooped a little, but you refused to give up just yet. "One more. With video this time. Please, Sansy? I feel like you'll really like this guy. He's good, I promise!" You pleaded. Your boyfriend of five months seemed unconvinced....but handed you the phone and nodded anyways, earning a big smile from you.

Sans' P.O.V.

God, she was cute...that smile was so adorable. I'm so glad that I'm the only who gets to see that big goofy grin of hers...and she's so easy to make smile, too. My worst pun can get her to crack up no matter how sad she is. I love that about her; her sense of humor, that is. Papyrus always said I would date anyone who made a half-decent pun. He was almost right. I'm dating someone who greatly appreciates a half-decent pun.

As she typed in the video she wanted to show me, I couldn't help but to wonder the typical thoughts of anyone who's in love. Those thoughts being, how in the world did a doof like me end up with a goddess like her?

All of a sudden, there was music in my ears, snapping me from my thoughts as her phone was being placed in my hands gently. It's the smallest things that make me melt, I swear. This human would be the death of me. It was at this point I was more interested in staring at her than listening to the song, and I was off in my own world until she nudged me excitedly. "Watch, this is my favorite part, when he flips his hair!" She giggled, and I noticed a small blush dust her cheeks.

Hey, now hold up a second....
Do I have competition from a guy in a music video????

Turning my attention towards the oh-so-amazing guy she was freaking about, I saw precisely what she had said; a curtain of dark hair whipped out of this guy's jacket like he was a freaking supermodel.
