Last time: The group got into a fight about their favourite foods, Luka met a "mysterious purple haired guy" and Miku fell of a chair and sprained her ankle - gg Miku. XD
Miku's PoV
"Ow!" I whimpered as I accidentally applied too much pressure to my foot. Luka wasn't paying attention - she was looking behind us.
I shake her lightly.
"Huh?" she said, waking back up to reality. I sighed.
"You got distracted." I pout.
"Oh. Oops. Sorry." Luka smiles to herself, and we set about going back to the canteen to look for the rest of the group.
Eventually we get there. I limp over to the nearest chair and sit on it with a sigh.
Rin stared at me for a second.
"Are you okay?" she asks.
"No." I huff.
Rin narrows her eyes.
"What happened?" she asks firmly, looking at Luka.
"She somehow fell of a chair while trying to reach for a book and sprained her ankle." Luka explained with a shrug.
"Oh. I see. Ouch." Rin said, wincing at the thought. Luka sighed.
"By the way, do you guys know any purple haired guys?" Luka said suddenly.
"What?" Len said, coming over to join is. Rin shook her head.
"I haven't. Why?" Rin asked. However, Luka seemed to be in a world of her own.
Me and Rin look at each other and sigh.
"What's got into her?" Rin asks.
"I honestly have no idea." I sigh, shrugging my shoulders.
That's when the bell rings, and Luka wakes up from her little imaginary world.
"Come on guys!" Len said, "we've gotta go to class!"
Rin's PoV
"Kagamine." The teacher called out.
"Which one?" Len asked, smirking.
The teacher narrowed his eyes and stared at Len.
"Let me make that clearer. Len Kagamine."
"Yes?" Len said, looking innocently at the teacher.
"Where is your homework?" he asked.
I sigh as I remember our conversation from earlier - I know what's coming next.
"I'm really sorry, Sir. I don't have it." Len apologised.
"And you're excuse is?" The teacher asked, and the class dissolved into excited whispers.
"It blew away in the wind, Sir. I tried to catch it, but the wind was so strong I couldn't get to it. I tried sir, trust me." Len said, pretending to look guilty.
The teacher sighed.
"The weather forecast shows that there was no wind today." Sensei said.
Len's eyes widened.
"Sorry, wrong homework. That was science. However, my English homework was about different English foods, right? Well, my pet got hungry and ate it." Len said.
I giggled. I did not see that one coming.
However, Sensei didn't seem to find it that amusing.
"Well, you can redo your homework later. Detention for you, Kagamine Len." Sensei fumed.
Len rolled his eyes, giving up. Sensei shot him a glare before getting on with the rest of the lesson.
I looked at Len and stuck my tongue out of him. He pulled a face, and looked away to pay attention to class.

"You have detention! You have detention!" I chant, skipping around Len's desk.
"Yeah, yeah, yeah. I get it." he sighed, and then smirked. "But I have no regrets."
I lightly punched his arm.
"You'll regret that decision soon enough." I smirk.
"Whatever, I'll see you later." Len said, clutching his school bag and heading over to his mates. Some girls crowded around them and they dissolved into conversation.
I frowned, unsure why Len enjoys the attention. I shrug to myself and leave the room.
I quickly get out my phone and text Miku.
"R we walking home together?" I tapped out on the small screen.
I got a reply within twenty seconds.
"Yeah!" She had texted back. I nod and head to the gate, where Miku should be waiting.
I'm about to approach the gate to see her with Kaito. They are chatting and laughing.
I sigh, standing a distance away, not wanting to interrupt them. It seems like they have grown closer.
However, Miku spots me and starts waving frantically. I hastily walk over to them.
"Hi Rin!" Miku greets me happily.
"Hi..." I say, narrowing my eyes. I look at Kaito for a second, before averting my gaze and staring at the floor.
"Are you ready to go?" Miku asked me.
"Mmhmm." I replied.
"Please, allow me to walk with you." Kaito said, smiling at Miku.
Miku looked at me.
"Is that okay with you?" She asked. She knows about my social problems.
"Sure, go ahead." I shrug, not wanting to spoil this opportunity for her.
"Okay, thanks!" Miku chirped, and we start walking. "By the way, where's Len?"
Kaito scratched the back of his head.
"I heard he was in detention." Kaito replied.
Miku's eyes widened.
"Oh? What did he do?" She asked curiously.
"Forgot his homework and made up a bunch of excuses." I mutter, giggling quietly.
"Typical Len." Kaito murmured, giggling along.
Miku and Kaito walk ahead, indulged in conversation, and I decide to follow behind them.
After a while, we come to the point where me and Miku go our separate ways.
"See you tomorrow Rin!" Miku waved, before heading off down the street with Kaito by her side.
I wave after her, and carry on walking home.
