Layla POV

Alex- Finally! Ova and done wit.*sits down on the couch*
Layla- I know right. I just need to put the dishes up. Witch is gone be tomorrow.
Alex- I need to get some new fuckn weave.
Layla-*giggles*
Alex- Have you talked to your "hubby" today? (She said using air quotation marks)
Layla- Nooooo...Why?
Alex- Just wonderin

Later that Night.

Teddy- Hell naw I'm movin wit ya.
Kim- This shit is nice
Crystal- Factz
Alex- Y'all gone spend a night with us?
Teddy- Yea I'll order pizza
Kim- Yes bitch. I'm sleepin with Lala tanighttttt!!! I haven't in a while
Alex- That ain't sound right.
Crystal- Not one bit.
Kim- Y'all nasty as fuck
Teddy-You the one who said it not us.
Kim- Shut up.
Teddy-Whea cheeks at anyway?
Layla-*comes down stair* Im right here. I was changing into my Pjs.
Teddy- Girl what took you so long?
Layla- I was putting some more of my cloths up.
Kim- I'm sleeping with you tonight cousin*she said wrapping her arms around her*
Layla-*chuckles* Alright.

Once we ordered pizza we all sat down and watched "Enough" off of Netflix with the lights off. The door bell rung and Alex got up and went downstairs. I looked down at my phone looking at my notifications going off. Textin Ava back. I didn't even notice a dog was in the the house until it came over to me and jumped on me. I looked up and seen August putting down a bag full of dog stuff slapping everyone up i looked at its collar and read what it said Midnight.  I awed and hugged it.

Kim- He's so cute.

Crystal- Aww!!
Layla-*looks up at August* Is he mine?
August- Naw stank I bought it fa Alex. Duh i bought it fa ya.
Layla- He's so cute.
August- Mhm. Come wit meh
Layla- Where?
August- Up steas.
Layla- Alright.

I got up and went upstairs carrying Midnight while August was following me. Once we got to my room I closed the door behind him and sat on my bed.

Layla- I put your cloths in my closet.
August- *walks in the closet*

Few minutes later he came back wearing shorts and a tank top.

Layla- August.
August- Hm.
Layla- Who gave you that hickey on your neck?
August- You did.
Layla- When?
August- You was sleep at my house.
Layla- Huh...Weird.
August-*clears his throat*

I sat down on the stool while I told Teddy what's been going on.

Teddy- Nigga you what?
August- Bruh I didnt even notice it was ha aunt until I seen a picture of Layla and ha on da wall.
Teddy- Cheeks ain't give you dat hickey did she?
August- Naww. She asked tanight and I told her she did it when she was sleep.
Teddy- Bruh tell her before its to late.
August- I can't lose ha.
Teddy- Eitha way around she gone be upset.
August- What she don't know won't hurt ha.
Alex-*walks all the way in the kitchen*  yes it will.
Teddy- *nods*
Alex- on her dad side of the family they are having a family reunion and you know she gone want you to come for a fact.
Layla-*walks downstairs half sleep*
August-*clears his throat* What's wrong stank?
Layla- *stands between his legs and lays on his chest shaking her head* Nothing.
August- *rubs her back*
Alex- I'm going to sleep guys.
Teddy- It's only 4 AM
Alex- Exactly. Night guys.
Teddy- Night
Layla- Night.
Alex-*goes upstairs*
Layla-I'm going back to sleep.*goes upstairs*
Teddy- Night Cheeks.
Layla- Night.

Next Day☁️

August- No I'll be back later Ight?
Teddy- Nigga come on.
Layla- You better call me August.
August- I will ma soon as I'm finish doing what I'm doing.
Layla- Alright.
August- I'll talk to you later

Later on that day~~

Layla POV

Kim- And we're gonna go to mall.
Alex- Layla leave them alone!!
Layla- I'm sorry I just really hate braces on me!
Kim- So y'all know the Senior trip is coming up right?
Crystal- We all go to the same school.
Kim-*sucks her teeth* y'all comin?
Alex- Hell yea gone be up in Atlanta gettin niggas numbers and shit
Crystal- Yea I'm goin.
Alex- August's goin.
Layla- I was going even if August wasn't.
Alex- yah what ever
Layla- I'm serious
Alex- Mhm what ever what are ya gonna do wit dis hair?! *starts touching Layla's curly hair*
Layla- Put a cap on.

Once I pulled up to I looked down at my army jeans black timbs and a black crop top with my hair curly and just a black cap hat with the word savage on it. I licked my braces whoile I applied carmax on my lips. I pulled my mirror down and started playing with my braces but stopped once Alex closed it.

Alex- Leave em alone. Guh!
Layla- alright geesh.

We all got out and walked in heading straight to Taco Bell. Once we were finish eating we started going to stores buying cloths for our senior trip. We were in AAO against all odds seeing 3 guys looking for couple outfits. We started doing our own thing looking for cloths until one of them tapped Kim shoulder.

Guy1- Um excuse me, I need a female onion because these niggas don't know how to pick out cloths. *chuckles*
Kim-*giggles* wussup?

He started showing her different types of shirts that goes with different types of pants. I looked to the right of him and there was a tall brown skin dude staring at me. He gave me a slight head nod while I nervously waved he chuckled at how my cheeks turned light red and told me to step over to the side in witch I did.

Layla- Hi.
Guy2- Wussup? Why you so nervous?
Layla- I'm not nervous.
Guy2- So why ya cheeks turning red?
Layla- Because.
Guy2- Mhm Oh shit excuse my manners. I'm Miles
Layla- Layla.
Miles- Nice to meet you. *he said shaking her hand*
Layla- Nice to meet you too
Miles - So. Lemmie guess. You got a nigga? *he said not letting her hand go*

Layla-*giggles*

Miles-*laughs* I'm single and been single for a while.
Layla- Well alright. I guess I can give you my number.
Miles-*Pulls his phone out* Alright.
Layla-*Tell him her number*
Miles- I'm a call you Layla and you better answer.
Layla- I will.
Miles- Mhm

I looked over at a girl walking in cussing out the dude that Kim was helping out.

Girl- Who the fuck is she?? I let you go for 5 minutes and you go and cheat on me with a dirty broad.
Kim- Bitch excuse you!
Guy1- Yo chill out!! Bruh damn. No one was cheating you. I was actually buying shit for us! You keep thinkin a nigga cheatin on you and shit I might as well. Fuck it. *throws the stuff on the rack*  Lets go man.
Miles- I'll see you later alright?
Layla-*nods*

*Boys leave*

Girl-*stands and looks around* the fuck y'all looking at *storms out*

August- So he gay.

Layla- He looked straight.
Alex- Factz im glad he wasn't though *laughs*
Layla- *giggels*
Alex- I'm ready to go to Lanta and turn uhh
Layla- Were going to look at collages only for 3 days.
Alex- Right. I'm not going.
Layla- To late.
Alex- You right. Ima go pack then. *gets up and leaves*
Layla- You sure you don't wanna go?
August- I'm sure. I got work all dis week.
Layla- Alright.
August- I'm a miss ya.
Layla- Ima miss you too. But when I come back we are going to my dad side family reunion.
August- *looks at her then the TV*
Layla- You are going I hope you know that.
August- Yea ma. I'll go.
