Amelia's POV

It's been a little more than a week since the incident. Everyone at the RT office won't leave me alone. They're making sure someone is by my side at all times even to use the bathroom, and it's starting to annoy me.

"I'll be right back," I say as I get up from my desk.

"Where are you going?" Jack asks standing up.

"Just to get a drink from the kitchen," I tell him.

"I'll get it for you," Gavin says.

"Okay, this needs to stop," I state. "I'm just walking right outside the office to grab a drink. Also, don't you guys need to get ready for the move to the new office?"

"We're doing this for your safety," Ryan chimes in.

"I'm also a teenage girl who needs privacy. I mean I can't even use the bathroom without Linds or Barb coming in with me while someone guards the door," I rant. "I understand how you guys want to protect me and everything, but at the same time, you're suffocating me. I just need some space." The three in the room let out a sigh and sit back down. I roll my eyes, grab my phone off of my desk, and walk out of the office. I grab a water and make sure no one is around before I sneak outside. I make my way up to the roof and let out a scream. Ever since that day, they've been treating me like I'm some fragile little doll that they need to protect.

"I thought I heard you scream," I hear a voice say. I turn around and see Peyton standing there.

"Oh, hi Peyton," I say. "This is the first time I've seen you outside of Burnie's house. Where do you go so early in the morning?"

"I've been going to work," he tells me.

"I thought that they would've understood since you're still banged up. I mean, you went straight there on Monday," I mention. "What's going on?"

"It's a long story," he sighs.

"I've got time," I say.

"I think it'll be easier if I just show you," he states. I nod. He takes my hand and leads me downstairs. We make our way into the office. "I'm just going to let Michael know I'm taking you with me." I nod as we walk into the office. I wait for him by the door as he and Michael have a hushed conversation. Soon enough, both of them walk over to me.

"Bye Millie," Michael says giving me a hug. He kisses my forehead before letting me go. Peyton hands me my bag before leading me outside. I get into his car as he starts driving.

"So you're taking me to where you work?" I ask. He nods. We sit in silence for the next fifteen minutes. He soon pulls up to another studio. "Where are we?"

"Just give me a minute," he says. We parks his car. He gets out of his car and quickly makes it to my side to open the door. He hold out a hand to me and leads me to one of the soundstages. "So, this is where I work." He opens the door and leads me inside. I look around in awe as I admire the set and equipment. "This isn't even the best part." He leads me back outside to a trailer.

"You're an actor?" I ask him as he brings me inside.

"Yeah," he says. "I play Lucas on Girl Meets World."

"I've been meaning to watch that show, but I just haven't had the time," I comment as I look around. There's a knock on the door, which Peyton answers.

"Come on, we have to go film," I hear Uriah tell him.

"I'll be there in a minute," he replies.

"Is that Amy?" he asks.

I walk over to them. "Hi Uriah," I smile.

"You finally told her?" he questions.
