Aphmau grew up with her mother.  Her father had left when she was a child, no one really knew what he was up to, or if he was still alive.

She was raised in a fortunate environment.  Her mother did her best being a single parent.  Aphmau has heard many lies about her father and his reason for his absence.

She had heard that he died, or that he was murdered, but she figured out this was all just a cover up, nobody wanted her to think of her father poorly.

Money and riches weren't one of her concerns growing up, her mother did her best to teach her how to be kind, to love, care, and forgive. Her mother also tried her best to teach her how to defend herself and stand up for what was right.

Aphmau grew up to become a beautiful young woman. Silky, long, raven colored hair, caramel eyes, along with her petite, but curvy figure. There were many men who wanted to court her, but she thought that she didn't need to worry about love.

She was taught how to fight by her mother. She too, was sent to guard school but dropped out before she could graduate. But if she did graduate, she would've been top of her class.

When she was eighteen, Aphmau had found out that her mother had been murdered.

And nobody found out who it was.

With a broken heart, and the grief of losing her mother,  she started getting into the things she does now. Aphmau was taught to stand up for what she believes it right.

She knew that Garte Ro'meave being lord of O'khasis wasn't right.

She had made many deals with the thieves, witches and warlocks.

You name it she's done it. Aphmau had found out that she too,  was in the footsteps of her mother, Silvana Phoenix.

When she had Aphmau, she followed a different path and made sure her daughter wouldn't wouldn't become corrupt in the same way Silvana watched her comrades become.

She had been surprised that her mother had done such terrible things. She had never reflected such behavior in her disposition to believe it.

Currently, Aphmau is now in the thieves guild. They had given her a room to stay in. She often comes to the guild after she does jobs, they consider her a member.

"What's next on your to do list?" Amber asks, leaning against the door, smirking.

Aphmau sighed. Amber had been a friend of hers for quite a while. When they first met, Amber had pick pocketed Aphmau.

She smiled at the memory.

"You know I really only have one thing on my to do list." She replied, stretching a bit.

Amber rolled her eyes. "Lord Garte will die soon and prince Garroth will take over the throne. Your only enemy is time, Aph." She strolled over to her bed and sat down next to her, in attempt for her to take her reassurance in.

Aphmau pressed her lips into a thin line.  "I can't just give up. Once I let my guard down, I'm a dead woman. People are constantly on the search for me, and I didn't commit crimes in vain."

Amber giggled.  "That is true.  You're a member of the guild and we don't rat on each other.  Especially now, Nahakra and O'khasis guards have been catching more of us."

Aphmau was known to be the grand prize, the jewel.  If anyone had caught her, they would immediately take her to O'khasis, that's where the reward for her was the highest.

When she needed to travel through villages, she would use a potion to make her look different and go by the name of Jessica Lorde.

Amber had said goodnight and had left the room.  Aphmau lay there, thinking about everything.

Over time, she had become an extremely light sleeper, due to the fact that people would not hesitate to kill her in her sleep for a fortunate amount of money. Light footsteps or a rustle of leaves could wake the petite girl up.

Aphmau didn't know how long she would have to keep hiding for.  She would be honest with herself and sometimes didn't like always hiding, it became exhausting after a while.

Sometimes she wanted to be able to not use any magiks or potions to go outside undetected.

Soon, she would realize that she was the one who had gotten herself into this mess. Aphmau also sometimes enjoyed the rush, it caused her to forget about her mother's death, her past.

It was an interesting feeling.  There were good things and bad things about being the most wanted person in the region.

There shouldn't be any good things about that but she kept herself on the bright side. She wore her unfortunate title like a crown.

She closed her eyes, hoping that she could drift off into her slumber.
