After that day, Garroth and Aphmau had to split up for weeks.

He had to go back to his daily life and she had to go back to hers.  Though thy were two different people.

And they were so attracted to each other, it almost could drive them crazy.

Our sweet little Aphmau is out doing missions, properly because she needs to keep her mind off of what happened.  Though, she did feel guilty about Garroth taking that arrow, so she started to distance herself from him a little more.  He started to feel more and more guilty about not telling her about his fathers deal with him.  He knew time was his enemy now.

Garroth, on the other hand had to catch up with training, fancy dinners, paperwork and talking the the village.

It was almost over a month and a half since the incident.  He was sitting down in his room, looking at place where the arrow shot him.

The spot was close to being healed, a scar being formed where it was.

He did in know why Aphmau was slowly starting to distance herself from him but he thinks it was because of the whole incident that happened.  When he could finally get out of work, he would go to the guild to see if she was there.  The other couple times he visited, they all lied to him saying she wasn't

Garroth walked towards the guild, seeing the secret entrance to it.

And wasn't it his lucky day,

Once he walked through the entrance, Aphmau was right there.  Her eyes widened, as she went into one of the rooms, not thinking about anything else but to stay away from him.

The other thieves have him a weird look.  Amber suddenly walked out, clearly mad at something.  She looked at me and scowled.

"You two better talk it out right now."  She let out a frustrated sigh.

"Where did she go?"

"Into her room.  All the way down and the door on the left."

He nodded in response, quickly walking over to the door.  He sucked in a breath, anticipation rampaging through the pit of his stomach.

Grabbing the knob and twisting it open, he saw her.  Her eyes were a little teary, seeing Garroth, she quickly wiped the forming tears away, giving a fake smile.

"Don't give me that.."  He observed her room, the purple sheets of her bed added a little personality to it.

Aphmau sniffled and try to really smile this time.  "I really have to go-"

"Please don't give me that either, I really missed you."

"Garroth, what happened that day was so scary for me."  She sniffled, new tears forming in her eyes.

"I know, it was scary and difficult for the both of us.  But that doesn't mean you get to go and blame yourself."

All she could do was stand there, she let out a pain filled sob.  She was so frail, she could just collapse onto the floor.

Garroth walked towards her, engulfing her fail state into a hug, seeming that it almost mended some of the broken pieces together.

She cried a little into Garroth's chest before she  stopped.  He caught the scent of her soft hair, smiling, glad that he got to see her again.

They parted, he still kept one hand around her torso, smiling gently.  He upped her cheek, slowly bringing her lips to his gently.

They moved in sync before they needed air.  He frowned, "Just a kiss? I haven't seen you for over a month, love."

She laughed at the name.  "I hate when you call me that.." Their lips connected again, her arms wrapped around his neck, his moving to the small of her back.

They kissed again, more passionate each time.  She smiled into it before parting themselves.

"I...missed...you."  She whispered into his ear, kissing the area by it.  Then she went back to kissing his lips.  Butterflies exploded in her stomach at every Kiss.

His hands travelled lower, allowing her to jump up, keeping their lips connected.  He brought her over to the bed, sitting both of them down on the purple sheets.

He kissed down her jawline and onto her neck, nipping at it a little bit.

She grabbed his jaw, connecting their lips once more before totally stopping all together.

She hugged him, wrapping her arms around his torso, smiling.

"I'm sorry."

"Don't be.  I'll see you again soon.  Okay?"

She nodded in response.

"I love you."

Her cheeks flush a pink color.  "I love you too."
