"Bye darling."
"Darling?" Aphmau made a face.
Garroth chuckled. "I thought I'd try something new." He slid his arms around her waist.
"I love you so much, you know that right?"
"I love you too."
He kissed Aphmau passionately, not wanting the moment to end. "Until next time, Phoenix."
"Ro'meave."
They started to walk their separate ways, Aphmau going to the guild, and Garroth going to the palace.
He greeted the guards, as they let him in without any hesitation. He walked swiftly, with a smug look on his face.
"Welcome back, Brother." Vylad greeted Garroth.
He smiled. "Thank you."
Garroth strolled along the halls of the giant place, making his way to his room. Where he could be alone to think.
When he opened the double doors, he saw a stack of paperwork sitting there for me to fill out.
Letting out a groan, he took a pen, sitting on his desk, going one by one, filling out the papers and signing each one.
But he made sure to read the fine print. But they all seemed the same. All asking for permission to do this, or to do that.
They asked all these questions. Garroth filled out all of the answered for the questions for interviews.
Work was pretty exhausting. Even filling out papers. It all started to pile up over time.
When he finished, he was tired and he didn't want to have had the day be wasted all on doing work.
He plopped himself on his bed, smiling. Garroth already started to miss her. And maybe he was just being a little clingy.
Or maybe a little cliché. Or a little weird.
He really hasn't been with her for that long. A couple months, but it was going well. Sometimes Garroth thought it was going too well.
Because every time he tried to find love, it always messed up for him. He shook his head, clearing all of the thoughts from his mind.
I'm going to see her soon.
Garroth cleared the thoughts from his head and he drifted off to sleep.

"You're still up?" Amber asked, leaning against the door.
"Yeah. Can't sleep."
"Why is that?" Amber walked more towards Aphmau, sitting on the edge of her bed. She quickly sat up, sighing.
"I honestly don't know."
Amber had a smug look on her face. "You and Ro'meave are so banging aren't you?"
Shocked, Aphmau gasped, lightly backing handing Amber in the shoulder. "No! We are absolutely not 'so banging'!"
She giggled. "I'm just joking, Phoenix. But really, get some rest. I have a feeling you're going to get a lot of missions tomorrow."
She nodded. "Night Amber."
Aphmau had to toss and turn a little bit before she was able to drift off.
Aphmau was awoken by a presence in the room. She squinted her eyes at first, realizing that it was Amber.
"We have a couple things to do today. Please get ready."
She nodded, slowing sliding everything on. She started to braid her hair, she did everything else and was out of there.
Aphmau went around, gallivanting with Amber, doing Irene knows what. Aphmau also taught Amber more on how to steal and pick pocket.
They had gotten back to the guild, people were gathering around her.
"Phoenix, you have a visitor."
Aphmau tilted her head at first. Then her heart started to beat a little faster.
Is it him?
She walked over to the room and dropped her jaw.
That definitely was not Garroth.
