chapter 17

nova's pov-

"why did he look so unhappy what did i do" he began pulling away "oh goddess did i hurt him?"

i reached out and grabbed his arm causing him to freeze a look of shock passed over his face i felt tears come to my eyes i did hurt him i let out a silent sob

"nova" he whispered with a pained whine

he pulled me into a hug sparks flew across my skin and i welcomed it as he crawled onto the bed pulling me sideways into his lap

"i'm sorry" i cried out "please don't be angry at me" i felt him lifs my chin up

"look at me nova" he whispered

i shivered he was angry at me more tears streamed down my face

"i tried to control my wolf" i whimpered out "i'm sorry, i didn't know she would hurt you"

"wolf" he questioned since "when did y---- hurt me?, nova you didn't hurt me"

i opened my eyes as he wiped my cheeks tears still slowly slid down my face as i looked at him he smiled

"i didn't?" and he shook his head

"i was only honoring your space but enough about this, when did you get a wolf?"

i played with his fingers on the hand that now laid on my lap the sparks i was feeling were now very promenent and i loved it daniel began purring but his question still hung in the air

"a week ago" i said quietly

he stopped purring and i looked up from his hand that was much bigger then my own to look up at him but he wasn't looking at me anymore but at the wall in front of us he wasn't smiling either i sighed quietly snuggling into him and that seemed to snap him out of his trance he wrapped his arms around my body

"you would never hurt me" he whispered "is that why you had the tape put down" i nodded

"i thought that if i could keep some space that i could" i shrugged and burrowed deeper into his chest he chuckled his body viberating

"that's dangerouse thinking little missy" he cooed and i smiled feeling drowsy

"i'm sleepy" i whispered silencing a yawn only for him to yawn too

i think all those missed hours are catching up with me he said

he rolled us over his arms still wound around my body but began to loosen until an involuntary growl left my throat and he pulled me closer

"i wasn't going anywhere: he soothed

"i know" i muttered "it's just" he shushed me

"i know, i understand"

i just realized that i wrote an entire chapter about sleeping

must be my mushy brain talking

it might actually be time for bed

it being 12:52 an all

any-who i might update again in the next hour or two

knowing me i might not sleep tonight
