teeth grinding

not my best anger management action but i had to do something to make me pay attention having so many Alphas in the room at any one time was not something that happened often well because it usually resulted in an Alpha getting hurt or injured not a good thing to happened around humans

everyone in the room knew i was on heat and all Luna's with their mates were kept to the farthest part of the table away from me but i had only one female in mind and they found that out very quickly as i threatened to tear him limb from limb as he tried to take my Nova to the safest part of the table as far as my wolf and i are concerned the 'safest' part of the table for her was by my side

currently i held Nova;s hand in a snake like grip it took everything i me not to pull her small form into my lap and keep her there because only goddess knows that i wanted too

i had never had a heat this bed before of all the times why did it have to come back now? why did it feel like i was practically dying without my mates touch

my body began to burn again and i winced squeezing Nova's hand in mine she began to trace sort circles on the back of my hand allowing me to actually listen to what they were saying

"we need to find the source of theses filthy rouges find there leader and end there sorry excuse of a---"

"what happens if there's more then on lead? then what?" i pulled my hand gently out of Nova's almost instantly missing the sparks as the burning came back but i needed to be an Alpha right now i rested my chin on my interlocked fingers staring intently at the Alpha in front of me

"well we track them al--"-

"what happens when that only serves to infuriate them?"

"well.." his face flushed red with embarrassment as he tried to think of a come back and i smirked no Alpha liked to be embarrassed his Luna was quick to pickup where he failed to complete

"do you not think that this is a good plan Alpha Shard?" she asked as i looked to her all my heat forgotten i was in full Alpha mode now "perhaps you have a better plan?"

"no" i said "shaking my head that's not what i would think is goodidea we need t---"

"i'm not listing to a snotty little Alpha who justtook his daddy's throne"

Nova let off a quiet growl as other alphas agreed to his statement she was trying to containher wolf which was harder now seeing as they had just publicly down graded her status and mine i casually relaxed my position all the while grabbing her hand and traced soft circles on the back of it she calmedenough for me to continue but they gave me no room

"you know what ithink?, i think you and your little runt of a Luna are all bark no bite"

"yeah" someother agreed

Nova was shaking short breaths could be heard from heras she pulled her hand from mine one more to curl them into tight fists in her lap as i took deep breaths to calm my own raging wolf who wanted out so he could mutilate the Alpha who called my Luna a runt but no one noticed the hard time she had containing her wolf who so far onlyever came out when she was livid the oldest Alpha who was at least180 years and counting with his 50 year old true mate smirked at us behind him

i"nfact he began i think you should listen to your elders pup" Ibarely saw Nova move

Nova's pov-

I shot up from my seat not in control of my wolf as I banged myfists down hard on the table a growl left my throat my body shaking and pulsing with anger the pain in my wrist forgotten as i stared down the disrespecting Alpha

"don't talk to mymate like that" I growled fangs bared and body rigid claws out and myeyes dark everyone looked shocked to find that I wasn't so timid butthe Alpha that spoke last chuckled

"all bark" he said "so much forbei---"

i was across at him before the blink of an eye his chair wasswung around to face me my hand wrapped around his throat his Luna screamed in the back round as i snarled at the alpha and fear flashed through his eyes as he met myobsidian ones

"i. said. ENOUGH." i roared as i let his neck go

he lowered his head baring his neck insubmission Kieara jumped in glee i felt arms around my waist as i waslifted off the ground and taken back around the table before I waspulled into Daniel's lap sideways as he tried to calm me down hisfingers brushing my back but I couldn't stop growling no matter howmuch I tried the need to protect what was mine over powered all my other senses

i grabbed his shirt between my fists pressed my face into his neck but he was on heat and his scent didn't do anything for me or my raging wolf but make me feel things people my age shouldn't be thinking of
