I felt a pair of strong arms wrap around me as I put down my last box in Shawn's apartment. "Hey." I spoke, smiling.
"Hello baby girl." He said as he put his hands on my hips and spun me around, causing me to squeal. He smiled wide causing me to smile. "I'm so happy you're moving in with me." he spoke.
"I am too." I spoke as I wrapped my arms around his neck. Shawn chuckled then started to sway our hips. "Shawn what are you doing." I said, giggling.
"Dancing with my girl." he spoke, causing my cheeks to turn red and my stomach to erupt with butterflies, I missed this. "Wow, even after one year I can make you blush hmm?" he said, causing me to blush more, giggling. "Do I cause butterflies too?" he asked.
I shrugged, "Maybe." I said. Shawn chuckled then cupped my chin and tilted my head to face him. He leaned in and kissed me passionately. Our lips moved in sync and I soon found Shawn's hand on my cheek, intensifying the kiss. We slowly made out way, walking backwards to Shawn's island counter. He lifted me up and placed me on his counter. I giggled then Shawn said, "Babygirl what did I say about smiling when I kiss you." He spoke, causing me to giggle.
"Sorry muffin." I said, putting my hands on his cheek and giving him a kiss. "i love youuuu!" I spoke.
"I love you more." he spoke, causing me to smile wide. Shawn rested his hands on my hips and his forehead on mine. We sat there in a peaceful silence, staring into each other's eyes. I heard my phone ring causing Shawn groan. I giggled then grabbed my phone out of my back pocket, answering the phone. "hello?" I said.
"Hey." It was Gillinsky.
"Oh Hey G," I spoke, "What's up?"
"I wanted to catch up a little bit so I stopped by your place but apparently some old lady named Edith lives there now so..." he said, causing me to giggle. Shawn groaned then put his head on my shoulder, which is the equivalent of him saying, "Hurryyyy uuupppp"
"Oh sorry, I moved in with Shawn, it's kinda hectic here, but if you wanna come over you can." I spoke.
"Okay." Gillinsky said, "I'll be there in a few minutes."
"Okay I'll see you then." I said then ended.
"FINALLY!" Shawn cheered, causing me to giggle. I hopped off the counter and said, "Gillinksy's gonna be here in a few, gotta change." i spoke.
"Babeee." Shawn whined.
"sorry muffin." I spoke as I went to Sha- our room. I quickly changed out of my sweats and into a pair of black high waisted shorts and a matching crop top. I ran downstairs then saw Gillinsky sitting on the couch. "HEY!" He said as he saw me.
"HI!" I exclaimed as I gave him a hug. "How have you been?" I asked him.
"Good good." He said, "How are you?" he asked.
"I've been good." I spoke as we both sat down on the couch. "You've got a little.... something." I said pointing out his scruff. Gillinsky laughed then said, "Ya don't say!" his voice full of sarcasm. I giggled then said, "A month goes by fast huh?" I asked. Jack laughed, nodding in respond.
"Are you sure you're okay?" He said, putting his hand on the back of the couch, right behind me. "Last time I saw you, you were really shaken up"
"I'm okay." I said, looking up at him. "Thanks for checking in, I'm just a bit tired." Gillinsky let me put my head on his shoulder and said, "Need some tea?"
"No thanks," I spoke, "I think I'm good." I said, falling asleep.
Shawn's POV
I walked into the living room and saw Penelope sleeping on Gillinsky's shoulder. "Oh hey." Gillinsky said, "this isn't what it looks like..." he said, getting nervous. "I don't like her or anything, she's like my little sister ya know?" he said, I could practically hear his heart racing.
"Don't worry." I spoke sitting down in the one seater.
"Really?" he said, calming down a little bit.
"Yea, don't stress about it." I said, chuckling as I took my phone out and scrolled through twitter.
