Damon, Stefan and I have been hanging out a lot more lately. I let Alaric know that I'm leaving and when I come back to obey his rules.

"So tomorrow is Saturday. Our little gathering. Are you coming," Stefan asks me.

"Oh yeah, I totally forgot. Yeah, I'm coming. I wanna know who the homies are," I say in all seriousness.

"You did not just say that. She didn't just say that right," Damon asks Stefan laughing.

"Yes I did," I say calmly again. And then burst out laughing. Stefan started laughing at my laugh. Damon just sat there and stared at us.

"How about we go together," Damon asks me sitting up from his laying position. I raise my eyebrows, "So people are bringing dates? Who is Stefan bringing," I ask.

"I'm bringing Caroline. She's my um girlfriend I guess," Stefan says rubbing his neck. "Wow really," I say surprised. "I honestly thought that Matt was dating her," I say furrowing my eyebrows. "No, they have a past though," Damon says, "So you wanna be my date?" "Sure why not,"I say smiling.

"Zara, its like 6 p.m. You should probably get going," Stefan says getting up. "Alright lets go," I tell him. "Bye date," Damon smirks. I roll my eyes and wave.

"Alright, hop on," Stefan says putting his hands up. I just jump and he catches me. I rubs his foot on the pavement of his house, kind of like a bull. I chuckle, "Show off." He smirks and runs. Wind blows in my hair for about a minute and then we stop at Alaric's front door.

"Who needs an Uber when they have a vampire. Get home fast and free," I chuckle. He laughs and puts me down. We say our goodbye's and I go inside.

"Hey, you're home. I made some pasta today, want to eat," Alaric asks me. "Yeah sure, let me change first," I say walking to my room. I grab a big shirt and some tights and put them on. I come outside and Alaric had two plates on the dinner table. I sit down and he comes in from the kitchen bringing two forks.

"Did I ever tell you that I really like pasta," I tell Alaric stuffing my mouth with the pasta he made.
