Ivan paced in the white tiled, clean bathroom just off of the cinemas. "Why would she do that to me?" He asked to no one in particular. "Why would she go to the movies with that weasel, Max?"
A black butterfly fluttered through the window of the bathroom and absorbed into the movie ticket Ivan was holding in a clenched fist.
He was barely aware of the purple mask which illuminated itself around his eyes. "My name is Hawk Moth," said a deep, mischievous voice, inside his head, "and yours is The Ticket Master. I will give you the power to send away the people who stop you from being with your one true love. In return, you must give me the Miraculouses of Ladybug and Cat Noir. What do you say?"
"Yes, Hawk Moth." Ivan agreed.
The dark magic consumed Ivan; transforming him into The Ticket Master.
