~~Holly's POV~~

I woke up before Barry and I headed to the kitchen and started making breakfast. I was making pancakes, bacon, and scrambled eggs, typical breakfast. I was almost done when I sensed Barry's presence, hey I'm not a weirdo it's like when you sense someone staring at you or watching you. I turn and Barry is standing there.

"Hey, I thought you might like some breakfast," I say and Barry yawns and smiles through it, running his hand through his already bed head hair.

"I think I would," he said groggily.

"Good, you can get drinks ready, glasses are in the third cupboard," I say flipping the pancakes and Barry pours him some juice and milk for me, he knows I like milk with my pancakes. I smile to myself and finish and set the platter with all the pancakes on the table. I sit down with Barry and we dig in.

"Sorry about bringing you here, I actually don't know where your apartment is," I say, hoping he wasn't freaked out this morning thinking I was a creepo.

"It's fine, maybe I'll have you come over so next time I'm a zombie you don't worry," he said and I smiled and nodded my head.

"So what do you have going on today?" I ask casually.

"Well I have to head over to the labs, apparently Wells wants to work on some training or something, you're welcome to come if you want," Barry says and I smile.

"I'd love to," I say with a smile.

We finish breakfast and clean up and then I get dressed and we head to the labs together.

~~~~~~~Barry's POV~~~~~
What does the fastest man alive do on his day off? Before the lightning bolt, if I wasn't still at the crime lab, I'd be at home chilling, but now my days off are different. Now they aren't so lonely. The lightning didn't just give me speed. It also gave me friends.
I was at the labs with everyone and the training was not exactly what I expected. Caitlin was playing operation with me, Cisco and Holly, were on a team of ping pong against me, and me and Wells were playing chess all at the same time.
"This isn't even remotely anatomically correct," Caitlin said frustratedly as she was losing miserably.
"That's not the point, Dr. Snow," I say pulling another piece out easily then I was back to ping pong.
"Then what is the point?" She asks.
"To have fun," I say going to Wells and moving then back to ping pong.
"And to continue your ongoing training by testing the speed of your mind by pushing your ability to multitask," Wells corrected.
"I'm waiting on you, Dr. Wells," I say back.
"Heads up! I think we got something," Cisco said hoping to win at ping pong but I get there just in time.
"Hey, cool it," I say hitting the ball and they miss giving me a point.
"Checkmate," I hear Wells say.
"Wait, checkmate?" I say rushing over and looking over the board.
"Checkmate. I guess we still have a few things left to learn, don't we, Mr. Allen?" Wells says with a small smile on his face then a noise is on the computer.
"Armed robbery at 4th and Collins," Cisco says looking at the computer screen.
"For the record, I crushed it in operation and ping pong," I say after I got my suit on and then zoomed off. I arrived at the scene and saw four guys. I knocked two off their motorcycles and then I knock one away from the car and then another one. I then start to run off until one robber shoots a guard in the shoulder. I zoom over and look at his wound.
