A/n: I'm really hating life right now..

We had stopped playing the game after the sentence about kissing flower pots. We sat in his kitchen, drinking some juice. Or at least I was. Sans was drinking ketchup as he normally did.

It was very quiet, except for the sounds of us sipping our drinks. I hated the quiet so much, so I set the cup down and sighed, "So.. How is Papyrus? I haven't seen him at all."

"Oh. He's actually going to a culinary Academy. He's good with dancing like us, but he would much rather make spagetti and pasta. You know.. the usual."

I nodded as I looked down at my feet, "Well.. Did you want me to stay the night? Like old times?" I smiled slightly and looked back up at him. He scratched the back of his head, nodding slightly, "Yeah. You could take Papyrus' room or even mine. I'll sleep on the couch."

"No. You don't need to do that. It's your home. I'll sleep on the couch."

I had no idea why I had brought that up, since it was still late afternoon. Sans stood up, smiling slightly as he held his hand out to me, "How about we go outside. It's a lovely day and I wouldn't want you to miss out on it."

I cheerfully took his hand and stood up as he took me outside. When we got outside, I noticed that Snowdin wasn't covered in snow as it usually was. I looked around to see the beautiful scenery. Sans chuckled, "Beautiful right? This happens once a year for a week. The snow for some reason disappears and spring blossoms. I forgot how amazing it is."

I never knew. I remember that when we were little, we spent most of our time at different places like the waterfall or Hotlands. To sleep we usually went to my house, because there was a spare bedroom for Sans to sleep in. So we didn't spend much time in Snowdin. At least I didn't. I really wish I had though, because Snowdin without all the snow was gorgeous.

I smiled and ran through all the trees. I could see a lone cherry blossom in the distance that I had never seen before, mostly cuz it was covered in snow with no blossoms. The snow must have disappeared while I was inside with Sans.

I ran up to the cherry tree and reached up towards the pink blossoms. I had never seen a place so beautiful like this. It was almost magical.

I felt an arm wrap around me, slightly squeezing me. I looked at Sans and cheerfully smiled, "It's so beautiful Sans!"

He seemed to say something back, but it was too quiet for me to hear. He grabbed my hand and spun me to face him as he smiled, "Care to dance?"

Normally I'd say something like I didn't know how to dance, just as an excuse. But now.. I couldn't say that. He knew I could dance. It wasn't even that I didn't want to dance with him. I was just so nervous, like always.

"It can just be slow if you want," He moved his hands down to my waist, wrapping them around me. I did the same, but around his neck, trying not to blush as I did so. It was like one of those middle school dances, where the couple would awkwardly rock back and forth, looking away from each other. Except this was different. We were looking at each other and it wasn't nearly as awkward.

Then he started humming. It was a song I was very familiar with, but for some reason I just couldn't place it. Then, he began to open his mouth to sing, "And I... I hate to see your heart break. I hate to see your eyes get darker as they close, but I've been there before."

I remembered now. Hate to see your heart break by Paramore. It was a song we used to sing all the time when we were kids. In fact, when I was once learning how to play the guitar, before I quit, it was one of the songs I had learned. It wasn't easy. In fact, I could've chosen an easier song, but it was my favorite song for a long time because of Sans.

"Love," I began to sing, my voice cracking at first from embarrassment, but Sans smiled and we began to sway as I sang, "Happens all the time, to people who aren't kind, and heroes who are blind. Expecting perfect scripted movie scenes. Who wants an awkward silent mystery? How were you to know? Well, how were you to know-oh-oh?"

For some odd reason, I wanted to cry. Not exactly from sadness.. but I guess from joy in a way. It was like back when we were still so close. It made me so happy, that I didn't realize that he began to sing the chorus with me.

A/n: If you don't know the song they're singing, you really should check it out. It's a really good song. Link is in the beginning of the chapter.

"And I, I hate to see your heart break. I hate to see your eyes get darker as they close, but I've been there before."

We were like the scene in the movie where the couple was having their beautiful moment and then they kiss. Either that or the bad guy comes in and ruins everything. Ugh. Chara better keep her stupid ass away from here.

The funny thing about this moment we were having, was how long it lasted. We kept dancing and dancing. Singing to songs that we thought of from our childhood. We didn't really say anything to each other. We just happily sang and danced. It was really like a movie. A beautiful, romantic movie. I never wanted it to end, and I don't think Sans wanted it to either. We stopped when we realized how late it was. The sun had just disappeared from sight, and the stars were slowly becoming visible.

I was laying on the couch, as Sans brought me a glass of water and set it down on the coffee table. He smiled down at me as I yawned and stretched my arms out. I didn't need a blanket because I was immune to the cold, so I just comfortably laid there as Sans, reached to turn out the lamp next to me.

"Good night, Sans."

He paused and looked back down at me. I could just barely see a light blue appearing on his cheek bones.

"Good night, Y/n," He leaned down and kissed my lips. It was so fast I hardly knew what happened, and in a split second, the light was off and he was gone. I felt my body temperature increase, which irritated me everytime because it was the only time I could feel heat. It was both a good and horrible feeling. He just kissed me.. on the lips..

Does he-? Could he really-? Does he really love me?
