Conversation after conversation, all nighter after all nighter this group of people have slowly started to become close to Cassie to the point where she couldn't stand not talking to them for a long period of time.
She had texted them constantly, ignoring any ass moves William pulled and just enjoying their presence. Lyle specifically was a person she felt she could talk to endlessly.
On the other hand Nina was quite funny and cheerful, she argued with William a lot contrary to her cheerfulness.
She had now known the three for five weeks, and today was the day Lyle was arriving in the town she called home, Stockholm, Sweden. He was with his older sister in order for her to compete in some sort of unspecified contest, presumably fashion as he had mentioned she took up a career in fashion.
Cassie waited in the local park, she was excited but at the same time extremely nervous. She barely knew what he looked like but she had thought of him to look like one of her childhood friends because of a name similarity between the two.
She sat on a bench texting him and longing for a response and then actually receiving one. He had just left the airport and was walking with his sister to the park she told him about. She trusted him and felt confident in trusting him.
After awhile she saw a black haired, average height boy walk into the park with a similar looking but much shorter girl, the boy looking down at his phone and glancing up from it every so often. He was Cassie's age and his hair was semi-long as in it was pretty long but not long enough to pull back in a ponytail or anything.
She finally decided to wave and as she did he immediately noticed. It was heart stoppingly exciting.
