It was now  evening and Cassie walked through the slightly heavy snow to get to the cafe, driving would be a waste as her apartment is quite close to the cafe.

She was on time and as she walked in she immediately noticed Lyle. He was sitting at a table near a window, sketching and doing quite well at it.

Unlike earlier he was wearing glasses which Cassie liked seeing him in because she thought he looked good in them. Yet immediately when she started walking over he took them off, mostly out of embarrassment.

The one thing she did notice very quickly is that he had a dog sitting next to him. A service dog to be precise. It was a German Shepherd mixed with presumably a Siberian Husky. She was a bit confused to why he might have a service dog but she'd try to ask politely if she got the chance.

She sat down across from him. "Hello, it's nice to see you again." He said, smiling. She instinctively smiled, "Hi, it's very nice to see you, I wasn't too late was I?" She asked.

"Not at all, I got here early because I wanted to get out of the cold weather, I got worried that you might've gotten stuck outside on the way here." He laughed a little bit after saying that, he was still sketching as they spoke but he still looked up at her while drawing.

"I'm actually starting to get used to this heavy snow, it snows so much here it's ridiculous." She spoke calmly.
"I don't think I've seen this much snow in my entire life, it's awfully pretty though." He said glancing out the window.
"Yea, it's very pretty, so umm I know this is a bit off topic and probably very rude but may I ask about your service dog?" She tensed as she asked due to the fact he could take offence to the question at hand.

"It's no problem, I have him because, if you couldn't tell with my shitty speech pauses and stuff, I have a disorder speech impediment thing, well it's called apraxia and it's hard to explain but it's awful so he tells me when I stop speaking properly without realising it so that's that. On top of that I also have a kind of weak heart and anxiety issues so he helps a lot."

She pauses because she feels god awful for him. "Oh my God I am so sorry." She said as he started smiling again, "It's really nothing big, I'm completely fine a lot of the time. To get on a happier note his names Bandit and he's a very sweet dog. I know you aren't supposed to pet service dogs if they aren't yours but you can pet him whenever you want Cassie."

"Awh thank you, he is an adorable dog." She leans down to pet Bandit. Right when she does the dog looks up at her, his tail moving a bit as he's probably pretty happy for the attention.

"So Lyle how have you liked Stockholm so far?" She asks, smiling again. "It's been pretty nice, I've decided to let Ginger start driving herself around so I can look around without worrying about her getting back here."

"Nice, I can show you around tomorrow if you'd like."
"That would be great, Cassie." They discuss where they will go and Cassie talks about all the great places to eat and beautiful places to see.

After about two hours of chatting and drinking coffee and tea, they finally left. Cassie walked with Lyle to his hotel then finally to her apartment. As she laid down trying to fall asleep she could only think about him. She felt like she could talk to him about anything. She was starting to, well, she wouldn't admit to such a silly thing. Only school girls have petty little crushes, right?
