MARIA'S POV

Okay, it's been a few weeks since tryouts and all of us made the team we tried out for. Now it's the beginning of October and the leaves are starting to change. I love autumn, with the big sweaters and Halloween and hot chocolate and movie marathons.

"MARIA HURRY UP WE'RE GONNA BE LATE!" Kris yelled up the stairs to me. It's a Friday morning and I guess I overslept. Great.

"COMING!" I yelled back while I bounded down the stairs.

We grab our protein bars and walked out the door, our usual routine, and saw the boys.

While we walked with them to school, I swore I kept on feeling someone staring at me. But not just me, Kris and Jenna too, and they knew it. We kept on giving each other worried glances, and every chance we got we looked behind us.

"Is something wrong?" Jeremy asked us.

We looked at each other and I slightly shook my head.

"Nothing." We said.

But Jeremy obviously didn't believe us, but I gave him the look saying we'd tell him later.

Once we got to our homeroom, I said, "I have to go to the bathroom."

"Me too." the girls said, quickly catching on.

"Okay. But hurry. Don't wanna be late for class." Toby said.

As we walked out of the classroom, I said to the girls, "I just texted Jeremy to meet us outside."

They nodded their heads

Then we all came to a complete stop. The feeling that someone was watching us was back again. We all slowly turned around.

I can honestly say I was not expecting someone like this watching the girls and I.

omg cliff hanger! well I was writing this and came to this part and was like, I need another cliff hanger! don't hate me I'll post the second part of chapter28 tomorrow!

okay I'm not doing the outfits because I'm out right now, so I'll add them to the next part!
