MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

So, this is the present I promised... I love this chapter! I hope you guys like it too! Well, I'll stop bothering you and let you read on. :)

P.S.: I really love the song, and I thought it was just perfect to be Ally and Tony's theme, so...

ALEXIS’S P.O.V.

That was the best night I had ever had. After that first kiss, we sat by the lake and just left time go by. I laid my head on his chest and he wrapped his arms around me, kissing my cheek. I wished I could never move, stay like that forever, feeling the warmth of his body seep through me, the fast beat of his heart as he held me close, his scent surrounding me.

We sat like that for hours. I knew he didn’t want to move any more than I did, since we had started to share our emotions as a consequence of the beginning of the mating process. Eventually, he moved behind me, and I looked up at him. He stroked my cheek, leaving a trail of heat. “It’s almost eleven, we should go.”

I nodded, but didn’t let him get up. I put my hands on his face and kissed him again, slowly but passionately. It didn’t take long for him to pull me onto his lap and deepen the kiss. I smiled as his lips left my mouth and trailed swift kisses down my neck. I shivered when he reached the point where my shoulder met my neck, the spot where the wolves marked their mates, grazing my skin with his teeth, and pulled him away. He looked honestly disappointed. I gave him a peck on the lips. “Trust me, Tony. If we go on with this we won’t be able to stop. And you’re right, it’s getting late.”

I pulled him up with me, still smiling. *You stopped him! Why did you stop him?! Take your mate! Now!* I took a step away from him, holding my head in my hands. Luna’s demands were so loud it actually hurt to listen to them. *I can’t! he’s not ready! And, even if he was, we need to wait for the Wolf Moon, so shut UP!*

I opened my eyes and looked at him. He looked worried, and then, as he met my gaze, startled. It took me a moment to remember that Luna’s lust had probably turned my eyes bright yellow. I blinked, willing them to go back to normal. “Sorry about that. I could explain, but I don’t think you’d believe me.”

He pulled me close again and put an arm around my waist as we went back. “Try me. I might not be as sceptic as you think.”

I smiled and put an arm around him as well. “I’m right about the voice, aren’t I?” he nodded. “Let’s just say I have a similar voice in my head. Just that mine’s much stronger than yours. So when she decides to beg me… actually yell at me… not to let you stop, it gives me a killer headache. And turns my eyes yellow.”

He shook his head. “I’m guessing it’s part of your secret?”

I nodded. *Please tell him?* I wished. Plus, her begging was much harder to resist than her yelling. *Not yet.* “I won’t be able to keep it from you for much longer, anyway. If it makes you feel better, I’m really unable to lie to you. I’m just omitting.”

He raised an eyebrow. “You’re telling me you CAN’T lie? That’s something I doubt.”

I rolled my eyes. Of all the things he could doubt. “I’m a great liar, Tony. I’m saying I can’t lie to YOU. It’s different. You wouldn’t understand, I guess. Unless…” was his wolf strong enough for him to see my point? “Tell me a lie.”
