Chapter 34

Alyssa's POV

After Kiefer's proposal we decided na mag sit out na lang muna ako for a couple of games sa SVL para asikasuhin ang mga kailangan for the wedding. Naintindihan naman ako ni Coach at sabi niya mabuti na rin to for the team para makapaghanda sa UAAP since may mga rookies din. Pero siyempre I don't want to leave my team just like that, so I told them na I'll just skip some games until maayos na namin ni Kiefer ang lahat ng preparations for the wedding.  We planned to have it on September, that's 5 months away kaya dapat as early as possible maayos na namin to avoid conflicts and delay. We already booked the venue for the reception, yung church naman, we decided na sa Gesu na lang dahil marami kaming memories ni Kiefer dun at tsaka solemn and private.

We're on our way para sa food tasting and choosing the motif. Kiefer made sure to get the best chef and wedding planner dahil wedding of the century daw ang kasal namin. OA niya noh?

Kiefer: "Hmmm these are good. Are these your specialty?" tanong niya sa chef.

Chef: "Yes sir, it's one of my specialties that I learned from Italy. But if you want to have other varieties, I can prepare other dishes from other countries."

Alyssa: "I've tried other dishes from other countries, its good din naman pero mas gusto ko ang Italian." Sabi ko.

Kiefer: "Okay so we'll have Italian dishes. We'll have Bruschetta for the appetizer, Risotto Con Zafferano, Cavatelli Pesto, Veal Picatta, and Shrimp Scampi. Ikaw babe, do you want anything else?" tanong niya sa akin.

Alyssa: "Okay na yan babe. For dessert naman, I want Tiramisu, Cannoli and Panacotta." Sabi ko.

Chef: "We have Chocolate and Butterscotch Cannoli maam, which is your preference? And do you want your Panacotta served with chocolate or fruits?" tanong niya sa akin.

Alyssa: "Butterscotch Cannoli na lang, and I want the Panacotta served with fruits para healthy. Is it okay with you babe? Baka iba ang gusto mo, we can change naman." Tanong ko kay Kiefer.

Kiefer: "No problem with me babe, since ako naman namili sa main dishes. If you want to add more, pwede naman." Sabi niya sa akin.

Alyssa: "Okay na to babe, masyado ng maraming food baka hindi maubos masasayang lang." sabi ko at ngumiti.

Kiefer: "Okay babe." Sabi niya sa akin. "Well, I guess yun na yun. We're gonna have more or less 500 visitors. Make sure the plating's good and the food is well prepared." Sabi niya sa chef. May pagka OC din talaga minsan tong si Kiefer.

Chef: "Yes sir noted." Sabi niya. Umalis na ang chef at pumunta naman kami ni Kiefer sa next area wherein we're gonna meet the wedding planner.

Habang hinihintay namin ang wedding planner dito sa isang Café, nag order na lang muna ako ng meryenda. Nagtataka nga si Kiefer dahil kakatapos lang namin kumain sa food tasting pero nagugutom pa rin ako.

Kiefer: "Babe hindi ka ba nabusog kanina?" tanong niya sa akin.

Alyssa: "Pano naman ako mabubusog eh tikim lang naman yun. And gustong gusto ko kasi kumain ng cheesecake, since last week pa. Ngayon lang ako may time kumain." Sabi ko naman.

Kiefer: "Ang takaw mo talaga. Ohh andito na pala yung wedding planner." Sabi ni Kief habang tinitingnan ang babaeng kakapasok lang.

Marie: "Hello Mr. Ravena and Ms. Valdez, ako nga pala si Marie ang wedding planner niyo. Laura told me about the both of you." Si Lau kasi ang nag recommend sa kanya dahil siya din ang wedding planner nila ni Von.

Alyssa: "Alyssa and Kiefer na lang, masyadong formal ang mister at miss. And yeah we also heard so much about you, and we like kasi what you did in Lau's wedding."
