We can't do this anymore (Corey Imagine)

Y/N's pov
It was just a normal hot Friday and I was on my way to dodger stadium with my best friend y/bf/n. It took an hour for us to finally get their due to LA traffic. We got there at 6:50 which was late, we had ten minutes till the first pitch. At least our seats were behind the Dodgers dugout, where we can see the attractive players. Okay that and actually watch the game, y/bf/n had her jersey in which was number 31. She loves joc pederson, while I was wearing my number 5 jersey which was Corey Seager. He was so attractive, too bad he has a girlfriend but I have heard that-
"Y/N!" Y/bf/n said pulling me away from my thoughts. She grabbed my arm and dragged me into the stadium and made our way to our seats. We arrived just in time because they decided to take another ten minutes to start the game. "Let's take a picture before the game starts" y/bf/n said excitedly getting up already and asking someone behind us to take the picture. We took a picture of our backs first then of us together in back of the dugout. We had our backs facing the field while looking at the pictures yet I felt eyes burning into my back.
Corey's pov
It was another day at the Dodger game and another day of me and my girlfriend Madiysn fighting like always. I tried to focus on my stretching until someone with my jersey on caught my eye. All I can see was their back but they somehow were able to keep me looking. The person turned around and she was breathtaking, I should be looking at someone that way because I have a girlfriend but she's just so beautiful. She noticed me looking at her and smiled, I smiled back jogging up to her and able to go where she's sitting. She looked shock to see that I was right in front of her, I extended my hand for her to shake "Hey, my names Corey" I said , that sounded pretty dumb because I think she knew who I was since she was wearing my jersey. "Yeah I know, oh gosh I mean I know your name like uhmm- my names y/n" she said stumbling word after word. "It's nice meeting you" I said winking at her.
Y/N's pov
I can't believe Corey Seager is right in front of me, I mean I didn't think this would ever happen. We talked for five minutes until the announcer said the game will be starting in five minutes which meant Corey had to go get ready. We exchanged phone numbers and he left to the field, "Y/n you do know what just happened right?!?" Y/bf/n said screaming in my ear. "Uhmm we met Corey?" I said clueless, "No, we met your future boyfriend" she said smirking. "No we did not, he's a friend. He has a girlfriend anyways" I said wishing the second sentence wasn't true but sadly it was. "So? I heard the relationship is toxic anyways" y/bf/n stating as a matter of fact. I dropped the conversation and focused on the game that was starting already.
3 hours later, the game was over and Dodgers won 5-3 , Corey hit a homerun which was epic. I dropped y/bf/n off at her house and headed towards my apartment. When I finally arrived I got a text, it was Corey. Corey: hey it's Corey, just wanted to make sure you got home safe. The text in general made me blush because he was worried for me. Me: hey, I am home already thanks for caring. We texted for a couple of hours and then texted each other goodbye.
3 weeks later
Corey and I have been hanging out these past couple of weeks and have gotten closer. There was a lot of flirting going on between us but I had to stop it because he was with Madiysn and I can't get in between their relationship. I decided to invite Corey over and tell him in person that we need to stop whatever we were doing. Ten minutes later Corey showed up "So what's wrong ?" He asked skeptically. "We need to stop whatever this is" I said in a demanding time with my hands on my hips. "What are you talking right about y/n??" He said getting frustrated already , "The flirting Corey, we can't do this you have a girlfriend!" I said mad that he wasn't getting it yet. "Y/n , I don't love her! I love you why can't you see that!?!" I was speechless , I loved Corey but I knew we couldn't do this. "Corey, I-I can't I'm sorry but you need to leave" regretting what I just said. "Y/n , come on we can make this work" he said pleading , "I'm sorry" I said walking away to my room. After a few minutes I heard the door slam and instantly started crying. A couple of days later my friend dragged me to a dodger game not knowing the situation between Corey and I. It was the top of the ninth inning and I was miserable I couldn't stand being here seeing him play knowing he can't be mine. "Y/f/n, I need to leave I'm not feeling so well" I lied because I couldn't take it anymore. "Oh okay well I hope you get better and I'll see you later." Y/f/n said. I started to walk away when Corey hit a homerun. The crowd went while but I just couldn't look back until I heard my name being called.
Corey's pov
I couldn't let her leave, I needed her and she needed me. Madiysn and I broke up a the day after my fight with y/n. Madiysn still wouldn't leave me alone and was at the game today. She didn't seem to get it, but I just focused on the game. Until the ninth inning and I saw her walking away after my home run. My teammates came running towards me to congratulate me but I walked off determined to get my girl. "Corey! Don't you dare" I heard Madiysn say but I chose to ignore her. It started raining while I walked into the stands where y/n was walking away. "Y/N!" I yelled to catch her attention. She turned around and looked at me surprised, "Corey what are you doi-" I cut her off mid sentence by connecting my lips with hers. Our lips fit perfectly together as she kissed back while the rating wet us, we can feel thousands of people watching us but we could care less. "I love you" I said my hand both sides of her cheeks. "I love you too" she said smiling connecting our lips together again.
