JAYCE POV

I look down to see Michael on the ground.....

I immediately start apologizing. "Im sorry, Im sorry, Im so so sorry Michael-" I was saying before I was cut off by Michael, "I'm fine don't worry. I'm ok. See" Michael said sitting up. I still had a look of concern stuck on my face. "Let me look" I said lightly grabbing his chin and moving his head so i could get a better look at his face.

"Michael are you ok!!" Luke yells running over.

"Yes i'm fine Luke." Michael groans starting to stand up. I grab his arm helping him up.

"Are you sure you're okay?" I ask standing in front of him inspecting him again. I grab his wrist pulling his arm towards me so I could inspect him more. He pulls his arm away and grabs my shoulders making me look at him and stop trying to look him over. " Jayce look at me." "i'm fine. No bruises. Not even a scratch." he said with a smile.

"Are you sure....." I trailed off. He nodded his head with a smile on his face. "I'm still really sorry. I didn't mean to." I said looking down. Michael puts a finger under my chin light tugging It up until our eyes met

"Hey Its fine, Im ok and it was my fault, don't blame yourself" he says softly with a small smile. I sighed. "Please don't feel bad, I hate that." he speaks softly again. I look him dead in the eyes. God he has such beautiful green eyes. I nod slightly

I let out one last sigh "I think I'm done with training for today. How bout you Lyds?"

"Yep I was done 20 minutes ago when all the drama started." Lydia laughed. Michael slung his arm over my shoulder as we stood. "How about we spend some time together now, we can do whatever you want." Michael said with a hopeful smile. I giggled a little.

"How about we go lie down we both need the rest." I say leaning into him more.

"HEY JAYCE!!!!" someone screamed over at me. I turned around. Michaels arm falling from my shoulder In the process, to see my oldest brother James once again. "Are you beating up people again sis?" He asks with a massive grin, panting a little making me see that he was just out running. "It was an accident this time though I promise." I said joking around with him. I may have beaten someone up before for reason I will not disclose.(insert cheeky smirk). At this point Michael is standing next to me. Very close I might I add. My overprotective brother rose an eyebrow at us.

Don't do it. Don't do it. Don't do it.

"So who are you?" James says nodding toward Michael. I face palm and just shake my head. He did it. Dammit!

"James......" I trail off. I sigh. I wonder how he will take this one. "This is Michael. And before you do shit you need to know that he Is the Alpha of the neighbouring pack." I gave him a knowing look. He had no reaction. " He.....Is also..... My.....mate." I said looking at my brother who looked as if he was looking for words.

" hhhhhmmmm.... Your mate huh." he said looking at Michael. "Well I'm going to say this once and this will be your only warning." he spoke stepping closer so he was now only a few feet from Michael. "I dont give a fuck who you are, where you come from, or how big your pack is if you ever and I mean EVER!! hurt MY little sister in ANY WAY!!!! you're gonna wish you were DEAD!!!!!" James spoke with venom in his voice now only inches from Michael. I could feel Michael stiffen beside me. James stepped back and started to walk away "Goddammit James what was that for!" I yelled after him. He just smirked at me than ran back to the pack house.

I take Michael's hand in mine and pull him so he is facing me. "Don't worry about him he won't hurt you, he knows he can't, and he wouldn't do that to me he's just trying to scare you. He's a tad over protective." I said with a reassuring smile. Michael just noded. I pulled him into a hug, lingering there for a while comfortable in each other's warm embrace. "Now let's go lie you down." Michael groaned as I took his hand and pulled him towards his territory with Lydia and Luke trailing behind. "I'm fine jayce." he groans, with a small smile playing on both of our lips, the mood now lighter from the previous tension.
