Poons IV POV - Chapter 32

Saturday - 1:15 pm

I was almost hit be a bullet, but thanks to my PSI Magnet, I got to absorb it; feeling slightly less hurt and tired. Amazing. I saw Edicius from the distance, he was apparently doing incredibly well, KO-ing lots and lots of cats.

Seconds passed, and I found myself surrounded by around 20 cats. They all meowed at me, as they tried climbing onto my body. My power was ten times stronger than theirs though, so after a few PK Thunders, all the cats were laying on the floor, struggling to keep alive. I smiled as I took a quick look at the panorama. Thousands of cats were laying on the floor. Sure, our side had lost a lot of men, as there was tons of blood all around the place, but the amount of cats thrown on the floor surpassed it.

Our men and women are superior to the FBI's sad excuse of an army. Our people fought with loyalty and they marked their strength against the opposite side. And our great leader was better than theirs. Sanic shoot every single thing in front of him with his very advanced machine gun. Nothing could stand a chance against my leader. He is that amazing. We, as an army, are invincible. I smiled at the thought of that.

My excitement didn't last long. A huge explosion went off and everyone began screaming and trying to run away from it. The destructive explosion itself killed around 80 of our men. I looked through the smoke and saw a huge green dragon, who held a teenager girl's hand. Behind them stood what seemed to be about 50,000 cats, which entered the fight furiously, killing every single person who stood next to them.

"This can't be true!" Leader Sonic exclaimed, completely altered.

I then saw Edicius running towards him, and I decided to do the same.

"Нет нет нет! Снег! снег!" I heard Leader Sonic scream, before feeling my entire body become numb once again. I then managed to grab Edicius' hand, as our bodies began glowing. I felt an immense wave of power running through my body. Edicius and I put our free hands up, as if we knew what we had to do. Then, out of nowhere, we screamed out, "PK STARSTORM!" and with that, star-looking rays came down from the sky, hitting hundreds of nekos, killing them without mercy.

After all the stars came out of our systems, Edicius and I returned to our senses. Unfortunately, we were getting tired from using our power.

"No way." I heard leader Sonic whisper angrily to himself, "That PK Starstorm... it was meant to kill more than this! It's true... isn't it? They really did lose most of their power..."

Edicius looked at me concerned. I was about to do the same thing, but I got interrupted by a scream. I heard heavy footsteps, which belonged to the armor that ran towards a cat Edicius and I hit with our powerful stars.

"GENERAL GARFIELD! NO!" The armor screamed as he held the cat up, close to his chest. A trumpet then sound, and everybody approached the armor and the cat.

"M-meow..." The cat said.

"General!" Said someone else.

"MEOW MEOW!" The thousands of cats began saying.

"Ma boi..." Another cat said, sobbing.

"Meow moew moew..." The injured cat said, apparently trying to calm everybody. All the FBI members came closer to each other, and surrounded the cat.

Our army stayed silent, yet confused. We didn't know what was happening. Moments later, a sad song was played on a trumpet, and we all understood. The cat died. It wasn't a regular cat, apparently. Perhaps it was the general of their army, because if it was any other cat, nobody would've acted so concerned.

Thousands of cats then looked at us upset, and in a matter of seconds, they managed to wipe off more than half of our remaining men. They began biting and scratching everybody, killing aggressively. Most of our men just lied dead on the floor.

General Sonic soon became aware of this. He let out a disappointed sigh and then screamed at us to retreat. We did so quickly, leaving Leader Sanic behind. "We will return, FBI! We will return, and stronger than ever!" Were our Leader's last words directed to the FBI before leaving the establishment.
