Two days later...

Saturday - 10:30 am

"Paula wat u doin here???" I asked her after she introduced herself to Ling and May.

"Well, after speaking with you in China I went home to do some research, then I remembered your invitation and decided to come here."

"Wait... weren't you supposed to be... dead?" Ling asked.

"No, I'm not, as you can see. The whole volcano thing was a fake."

"But... Ness and Lucas told us all about Porky and you, how you planned this whole thing to capture them... and that you died in said volcano." May said with an awed expression.

"Yes, that whole situation did happen, it is just that - the volcano was fake."

"Fake? How couldn't Ness and Lucas realize that?"

I remembered then, how the volcano rose from the ground, how Paula became crazy and started shouting love proclamations to Ness, then how she was pushed by him...

"Actualy, da volcano was obviously fake, it was just dat Nesss & Lucass didnt realize dat, bcuz... well... idk." I said.

"Really?" Ling asked with a puzzled expression.

"Yeah, it was clearly fake. After that charade, I left Hydra and went to live in China. I've been living there since November."

"Hydra?" May asked.

Then she proceeded to explain to them the whole deal with Hydra. How they were evil and wanted to take Ness and Lucas back.

"You worked in there?"

"Yeah, along with Porky, but I quitted after the volcano situation."

"So... you knew Poo then?" Ling asked.

"A little bit, only by name actually."

"I-I didn't quite expect this."

I knew about all of this since Paula and Porky caught me about 7 months ago.

"I can understand why, but there are more important matters on hand right now." Paula said, pointing at Ness and Lucas's dead bodies.

"We can't do anything for them... they're gone." May said with a darkened face.

"How long has it been since they died now?" Paula asked.

"I think that by now it has been about two days." Ling responded.

"Perfect! I can do this then."

"Wha-what do you mean?"

"You just see."

Paula then proceeded to do some weird enchantment with her bare hands.

"U doin my justsus now tho." I said surprised by her sudden movements.

"Of course." She said with a small grin. Then she moved closer to the corpses and yelled, "PK Rebirth!"

We, The Three Chickens on the Loose, just stared at the bodies in complete silence, waiting for something to happen. Where is Fox the Box? I asked myself when I saw the lone bodies on the floor. I decided to ignore it.

After a few moments, when nothing seemed to happen May said, "It's done, Paula. They're dead."

"Yeah, we should prepare their funeral already." Ling agreed.

Then the three of us stood up and went for the door.

"Guys, look!" Paula suddenly yelled when we were about to leave the basement.

I couldn't believe what I saw. They live. I thought as I saw them stand up from the floor.
