Naruto VII POV - Chapter 60

Sunday - 4:20 pm

We arrived in China just today with company of our new friend, Carly.

After dining with Ness and Lucas, that same day we started preparing the couple of things we had left for our trip home. Ling gave May back her phone, which he had forgotten to give back, and he called Carly telling her it was time to leave. We went to look for Ness and Lucas in their hotel room, but they were gone already. At least we said goodbye before they left.

We left the hotel and went to the airport where we expected to find Carly. A few moments later we found her, we greeted and not long after we left to China. In the trip I sat along with May, while Ling sat beside Carly. That was when I started noticing that Ling and Carly spent more time together. I even asked May about it all.

"Maychan have u noticedd??" I recall asking while pointing at them.

"I know!" She said excited, "The only thing that has me worried is that Carly was betrothed, and I don't think she will be so quick to forget about it."

"She must one day tho. Maybe she will luv again one day AF."

"I hope so." May said smiling.

That was when I realized my feelings for May. She is such a caring person that I cannot stop thinking about her. We eventually started having more alone time since Ling spent more time with Carly, and our conversations were turning really deep. We also had deep conversations with Ling, but not to this extent.

On the way to China we had a few stops in various places. We stopped by France to see the Eiffel Tower and took a couple of pictures for Instagram. I even took a pic with May for my profile, but decided not to put it. Ling also took several pictures of him with Carly. My favorite was a group shot of us together. We even went to McDonaldTrumps to eat a couple of burgers. Surprisingly, for just beginning to become Carly's friends she rapidly became used to us. She is extremely friendly, and at this point, I can actually call her a good friend. We also went to Japan before arriving to China and went to see an excellent K-Pop concert. There it became completely clear to me that I am supposed to be with May.

"Maychan?" I had asked her in the middle of the concert.

"Yes, Naruto?" She said with her bright eyes.

"D-do u want to be ma gu-gurlfriend? AF?" I asked her nervously.

"Wh-what? Of course! Yes, yes!" She exclaimed happily. She hugged me and I could only feel relief. The happiness came afterwards.

We then told Ling and Carly about it and they were really happy for us.

The entirety of the concert was a fun experience, with my new relationship and the music itself, it was the best.

When the concert ended we went to sleep in a hotel, and the next morning Ling told me that he wanted to visit an old friend. May told me that she wanted to see him as well, since they didn't know what became of him. So we went to visit their old friend named Spewpa.

That day, Ling and May directed us to the school that they used to go to.

When we were in some random street I recall May saying, "Being here brings so many horrible memories..."

"What do you mean?" Carly had asked her.

"This is where Poo caught us..." Ling answered.

"Yes, it was here that Mary Poppins handed us to him..." May added.
