Hey peeps, I'm back. Hopefully this chapter will be enjoyed thoroughly because it focuses on Rogan and Jennifer, like completely about them and major chunk of this portion will take place in Central Park, New York.
I have searched on Google to gather all the facts about it but if there's any mistake then please point out. So here you go...
Jennifer's POV
"I'm so bored right now!" Rogan complained.
I laughed at his childish behavior.
"Yup, seems the feeling's mutual. Today has been an extraordinary and once in a blue moon kind of a day."
Currently, we were at the bus stop, waiting for the bus to come. Since both of us were allowed to go home a little earlier, we had two to three hours of freedom granted.
"You wanna go somewhere?" He asked me. I was confused.
"Where can we go right now Rogan?"
"Oh honey, have you forgotten that we live in one of the most popular cities in the world? There's Central Park to visit, we can even do the Museum Of Natural History..." He continued. I smiled sheepishly.
"Yeah right, I think we should do both. On an average, a person usually takes around two and half hours to roam around the park and we have that much time." My voice went a little squicky in the end.
Roaming around NYC while holding Rogan's hands seemed so appealing, that could be accounted for me accepting.
"Okay then, let's catch the M3 bus which will drop us at Eight Avenue and then we'll..."
"Go to the museum first and then the park!" I was almost jumping right now, excitement running through me.
"You look like a child who just got to know that she owns a chocolate factory!" It was Rogan's chance to laugh at my childishness.
Wait, childishness, is that even a word Jennifer?
The bus we were waiting for came and we gladly got in. On the way I sent a quick text to Harry, telling him my plans and also informing that I could get late to come back home. Although, how it would affect him was the question. He and Pete came home by 7 and I knew that I would be home by that time. There was a quick reply,
Why? Are you bunking school?
Seriously, he thought that I would bunk school.
No bro, something happened and we were let out early so I thought why not do something productive?
Before I realised it, I had sent the message. Holding hands with Rogan and roaming around in Central Park seemed productive to me, but I couldn't be sure about my brother.
Who we?
Ughhh, I knew he would notice that.
Me and Rogan, now no more questions, I'll answer everything tonight. Bye xoxo...
There wasn't a reply, assuring me that he had let the topic rest for a while but that didn't mean that there wasn't going to be round of questions to be asked tonight. By now Peter would know about it too. Trust me, my brothers were worst than a bunch of gossiping old ladies.
Soon we reached and as I had expected, Rogan held my hand. The Museum Of Natural History stood tall and proud in front of us.
"I think we should only see the animals around here coz I wanna spend more time in the park." I pleaded with my big eyes.
