Davina Anderson had been a mystery to everyone- everyone but him of course.

Weeks had passed and Davina found herself sharing her boyfriend with Gwen Stacy.
When he wasn't with her or his friends, he'd be with Gwen doing god knows what and Davina didn't like it one bit.
She tried not to be that jealous girlfriend that made their boyfriends stop being friends with girls though, no matter how badly she wanted to be.
The final straw for her was when she looked up from practice expecting to see her supportive boyfriend in the stands only to see him sitting there, not even paying attention to her, instead taking pictures of Gwen who was laughing.
"What is going on there?" Liz asked, arms crossed with Mary Jane standing next to her, pom poms in hand, looking where the girls were looking.
"No idea," Davina said dully, her own arms crossed, not being able to take her eyes off of them.
In doing that, she didn't notice Liz looking over at Flash who had the football in hand, nodding at him, motioning over to Peter, making him get the hint quickly.
Flash was always good at throwing far.
So that's what he did, he threw the ball, heading straight for Peter and Gwen, Peter, of course, catching it before it hit them and throwing it back.
Gwen had her hand on his arm after that, laughing in amazement.
Davina growled, going to step forward but was stopped by Mary Jane, smiling softly at her.
"As your new friend, I can't let you be the jealous girlfriend. I'll go over there and take care of it."
Davina was hesitant but agreed, watching Mary Jane as she made her way up to the unsuspecting pair who were now speaking amongst themselves again.
"Parker."
Peter looked up, smiling when he saw her there, "MJ hey. What's up?"
"Oh, I'm just wondering if we're going to grab a bite after practice. Or if you're going to walk your girlfriend home?"
She may have not been subtle but she didn't care. It worked.
Peter backed away from Gwen immediately, her frowning as Peter cleared his throat, "Yeah, no. We'll all just go to the diner then me, you and Davina can walk home together."
"Cool." Mary Jane said now nodding, "As long as you don't forget you promised your girlfriend-"
Peter faked a smile now nodding himself, "Yeah, I didn't forget MJ. Don't worry."
Nodding, MJ faked her own smile towards Gwen before going down the stairs and straight to the girls who tried not to make it obvious that they had been watching them.
"So?" Liz questioned, Mary Jane looking back momentarily before back at them with a smile.
