Quick authors note before the chapter, I'm sorry I skipped a lot. But this story is already getting long and it would get boring VERY fast if I wrote every detail.

One month later

Shawn's POV

I've finished recording my new album Illuminate, and I'm extremely excited about it.

I have a few meetings today about the album release, and a few other things Andrew hasn't told me yet.

I have been working nonstop in Toronto, trying to make this album amazing for the fans.

I walked into the meeting room, where I saw Andrew and a few other crew members sitting around a table.

"Hello Shawn, thank you for joining us." A man said, and I shook his hand.

I sat down at the table, and we instantly began planning.

"So I was thinking about a big album release party for when the album drops." The man said, and I got excited. The last album release party we had for Handwritten was so much fun.

"I love the idea" I smiled, and watched him write a few things down.

Andrew stepped in. "And I was thinking, we can announce a tour for illuminate after the album is released. Obviously it wouldn't start for a few months since you just finished your last tour, but we can at least plan the dates and release the tickets."

My heart dropped.

"Uh- I don't want to go on a tour." I stuttered, and avoided eye contact with everyone in the room.

"What? Why?" He questioned.

"Unless Brinley will be there, I don't want to be touring. And she won't be there because she barely knows me and wouldn't agree to tour the world with a stranger."

Andrew let out a frustrated breath. "Fine, but you're still going to do your release show at Madison Square Garden right?"

I nodded my head surely, and he nodded back. I would never miss my MSG show. I've always dreamed of performing there. And even if Brinley was okay, it would be a solo show anyways since its for the album release.

I know she'd be proud of me..

Ethan's POV

Grayson and I were walking to Brinley's moms house to visit.

We haven't seen her in a few days, and wanted to check in on her.

She has been doing a lot better recently, and I'm happy that she's recovering.

I really wish she remembered what happened within the past year though, especially for Shawn's sake. And also because that tour was one of the most amazing and impressive things she has ever done. I wish she could remember what it was like and how proud she should feel.

We walked into the house, and remembered that Julie and Jessie were still at work.

I walked into the living room with Grayson following behind, and noticed Brinley asleep on the couch.

She was making her little snoring noises which I loved. She has done it ever since she was little.

Grayson and I sat down on chairs beside her. We turned on the tv and made sure it was on a quiet volume, and then put on Family Guy.
