Leah pulled up to the CVS parking lot and shut off the engine.
"Come on Alexa. Just get it over with." Leah said, stepping out of the car.
"I'm not going inside." Alexa pouted.
"Oh yes you are. I drove you here to get the damn test. You're coming inside." Leah said angrily.
"I am not going inside!" Alexa repeated.
"Fine. We can go back home. You can tell your mom and dad, and they can take care of this." Leah said.
"You wouldn't dare." Alexa scoffed.
"Okay then. Get out of the car." Leah argued.
"No." Alexa said, continuing to pout.
Leah stepped back into the car and began pulling out of the parking lot.
"What are you doing?" Alexa asked.
Leah stayed silent.
"Leah. What the hell are you doing? Go back!"Alexa shouted.
"You had your chance Lex. We're going back home." Leah said.
"Um. No. No we aren't." Alexa panicked.
"If I pull back into this parking lot, you are getting off your ass and coming inside. Do you understand?" Leah lectured.
"We can go back, but I'm still not going inside."Alexa said.
"Nope. Not going back. Now, you can tell your parents or I can. The choice is yours." Leah said sternly.
"I'm sure as hell not telling them. And neither are you." Alexa shouted.
"Well, we will see about that." Leah said, driving away.

"Hey Jackson. We're back." Leah called.
"Hey babe. How was lunch?" Jackson asked.
"We didn't go to lunch. There's actually something Lex needs to talk to you about. Tell him Alexa." Leah said, crossing her arms.
"Ha. No thanks." Alexa said, walking off.
"What's going on Lex? There's clearly something." Jackson asked suspiciously.
"Get your parents in here. Clearly I'm going to be the one to say this so I'd rather just do this once." Leah sighed.
"Mom. Dad. Get in here please." Jackson called.
"What is it?" Ann asked.
"Are you going to tell them Alexa?" Leah asked.
"No?" Alexa scoffed.
"Tell us what?" David asked.
"This morning, when I was talking to Alexa, she tol-" Leah said, before being interrupted.
"Leah. Stop. Please." Alexa begged.
"Would you like to finish?" Leah asked again.
Alexa remained silent.
"She told me she might be pregnant. I tried to go take her to get a test, but she refused to get out of the car." Leah huffed a sigh of relief.
"Alexa." Ann and David said in unison.
"I'm so sorry. I don't know what to do." Tears streamed down Alexa's face.
"Why didn't you tell me, Leah?" Jackson asked angrily.
"I was trying to help Alexa out until we knew for sure. You have to believe me when I say I was going to tell you once we knew." Leah said.
"Well she needs to know now. There's still some the bathroom from when you took yours here." Jackson said.
"Come on Alexa. I'll go up there with you."Leah said.
"No. I'm not doing this right now." Alexa pulled away.
"Oh yes you are doing this right now. Go upstairs with Leah. I'll be up shortly." Ann said.
"I guess it's better to just get this over with." Alexa sighed, and stomped up the steps.
"Please let this be okay." Leah said to herself, and followed back up.
