Three days later.
"Leah, you're home. We should talk." Claire said.
"Why is he still here?" Leah said, gesturing to Travis.
"That's actually what we wanted to talk to you about." Travis said.
"Leah. He's moving in." Claire said quickly.
"Excuse me?" Leah snarked back.
"He's your father. He needs to be a part of your life now. Things are going to be a little different around here. You aren't going to get away with many of the things I let slide. It's time to shape up." Lectured Claire.
"Okay, well good luck with that. I'm going upstairs to grab some things. Then I'm going back to Jacksons house." Leah said.
"Oh no you're not, young lady. I am your father. You are not going to leave this house without my permission, and I must know where you're going."
"You are not my father. You may have gotten my mom pregnant, but trust me. You are far from being my dad. You've been gone for nearly 18 years of my life. You don't control me."
"We'll see about that. You are grounded. Until further notice, you leave this house for no other reason than an emergency. Do you understand?"
"No. Mom. Do something about this. Don't let him control me." Leah begged.
"Leah, he's in charge of you too now. You just have to accept it."
"You know what? Fine. You have your happy couple life that you never had while raising me. I'll do my own thing." She said, storming up to her room.

"Hi babe. I'm grounded. Again."
Dad?
"Of course it's my dad. He thinks he has this total power over me. He just met me 4 days ago. He doesn't know a thing about me"
Do you want me to come over?
"Yes I do. You know the way."
Alright hon. Be there in a few.
