"Hey dad. Where's mom?" Alexa asked.
"I'm right here." Ann called, walking out of the kitchen.
"Okay. So there's this thing. And I don't really know how to describe it but-" Alexa stuttered.
"Spit it out, Lex." Lucas said.
"Okay but you have to promise you won't get mad. Mom? Dad?" Alexa pleaded.
"What is it Alexa? I'm trying to cook dinner here." Ann huffed.
"Well, I kind of have this small tiny human growing inside of me." Alexa said softly.
"I'm going to need you to repeat that. I'm not quite sure I heard that right." David frowned.
"I am. um. I'm with child?" Alexa half-laughed.
"I just I need you to say the words Alexa. I'm not going to fully grasp this unless you say the words." David said, frustratedly.
"I'm pregnant?" Alexa stuttered.
"How the hell did you put yourself in this situation twice? I really need to know how you almost get pregnant once and then you stupidly enough let it happen for real again." Ann said angrily.
"Sorry I'm such a fucked-up kid. That I was so shitty enough to let a guy screw me twice."Alexa shouted.
"Watch your mouth young lady. I think you need to go up to your room and just sit for a minute while I let all of this soak in. Go on. We'll be up in a little bit to talk." David said.
Alexa stormed off and stopped at Lucas.
"Thanks so much for having my back. Really glad you stick true to your promises." Alexa cried.
"I'll be up in a second. Just go on upstairs."Lucas replied.
"Whatever."

"Lex. Open the door." Lucas demanded.
"Go away. I don't want to talk to you." Alexa muttered.
"I never promised you that I would stop them from being upset. I just promised I would be down there with you." Lucas said.
Footsteps sounded towards the door and the lock clicked.
"Thank you. Now, I love you Alexa, but mom and dad have every right to be upset. You're 15. It's a pretty big bomb to drop on them." Lucas sympathized.
"Can I talk to Leah?" Alexa asked quietly
"Yes, of course. I'll go get her." Lucas said.
Lucas walked down the hall to Jacksons room.
"Hey Leah. Alexa really wants to talk to you."Lucas said.
"Coming."
Leah walked into Alexa's room and shut the door.
"Alright Lexi. Talk to me." Leah stood with her arms crossed.
"Pretty sure my parents hate me." Alexa moped.
"They don't hate you, Lex. They need some time to process it just like my mother and your parents needed time to process me being pregnant with Lacey. Now look at the way your parents adore her. They will come around."Leah reassured.
"I don't want to be a mom. Mason is an asshole who no longer wants to talk to me after we screwed again." Alexa cried.
"Well it's a good thing you have a big family that loves you. We can help you out." Leah said.
"I'm not keeping the baby, Leah. There are tons of families who would love to have a child and can't. I'm a 15 year old who got knocked up. I cannot and will not be a mom yet." Alexa screamed.
"Don't shout at me. I'm just trying to help you out here, but I can leave." Leah argued.
"No. Don't leave." Alexa reached out.
"Okay. We're going to sit and talk for a while then. We will figure this out Alexa. It's just going to take a little time." Leah pulled up a chair, sat down, and began to talk.
