"Ok you two. We talked it over and we are agreeing to let you live in the guest house under a few conditions." David began.
"Oh thank you! Thank you!" Jackson and Leah said together.
"If you live in that house, you will keep it clean, there will be no underage drinking there, and i really don't want to be a grandpa again so soon, so be safe in that department. Other than that, you are free to live there as long as no other tenants come along." He continued.
"Thank you. This really means a lot to us."Jackson cheered.
"Now. Given we are allowing to let you live in our renting space, we ask you give us $100 a month. You wouldn't be able to find that at any other apartment so i feel what we are asking is reasonable." Ann stated.
"Yes, absolutely. We can work with that." Leah butted in.
"You know, i'm proud of both of you. You two really have grown up these last 2 years. You are both definitely different than when you first started dating. I'm glad you've set your rebellious sides away." David said.
"Please. Let's not go back to that." Jackson laughed.
"Deal."
"Okay. Back to the task at hand, I have written up a small contract just saying that you both agree that $100 a month will be the payment and that you will move out if any other tenants come along." Ann lectured.
"Mom, i can promise you that we agree to all this, but if it really means this much, we will sign your contract." Jackson said.
Ann handed over two pens and the piece of paper.
"This is it. We're officially signing for our first place together." Leah giggled.
"And here are the keys. Congratulations, you two." Ann grinned.
"I can't believe it! We have a place of our own!"Leah enthused.
"Let's do this, baby."

Leah grabbed the last box and set it beside the door.
"There's one last thing we have to do." Jackson said.
"What is it?" Leah asked confused.
Jackson walked over to Leah and promptly picked her up.
"I'm carrying you over the threshold. It's a symbol of this finally being our home." He said excitedly. "Welcome home, babe."
"Welcome home, Jackson. Welcome home, Lacey. And..." Leah smirked.
"And?" Jackson said stunned.
"And welcome home, baby number 2."The End.
