Chapter 8

Alana's Pov:

I was leaving Joc's room fully dressed in my party outfit and walked downstairs. There were a lot of people in the backyard and it was now 6:45 so I decided to text Mariana to go ahead and head back here. I went into the kitchen and poured myself Malibu and Cranberry juice in a red solo cup. (THIS SHIT IS BOMB! DON'T WORRY GUYS I'M RESPONSIBLE MY MOM GAVE ME SOME BAHAHA) I made my way to the back yard and walked up to Joc and he turned around and looked like a deer in head lights.

"Lani, you look freaking great." he said as he was looking me up and down.

"Thanks Joc. Let's teach Corey what he's missing." I said taking a big drink from my cup. He just looked at me with a smirk and laughed.

We had the music loud and everyone was just waiting around for the signal. Layla was in the corner sitting on Trayce's lap as they were talking to Clayton, Ellen, Andre and Utley. The whole team was here and I was happy because tonight is Kiké's night. Mariana texted back saying she is down the street, so I told the DJ to turn the music off and for everyone to hide to one side of the backyard. We all squished together in the corner and remained quiet, then we heard the door open and shut. I looked toward the sliding door and saw Mariana trying to pursue Kiké to walk outside, and once he did we all jumped out and screamed "Surprise! Happy Birthday!" I think we scared him more than surprise him, but then he smiled and laughed. I quickly ran to him and gave him a huge hug.

"Happy Birthday Kiké! We love you!" I said as I let go of our hug. "Thank you Lani, I love you guys too. Who planned this?" he said looking at Mariana and I. Mariana went to say something but I beat her to it and said, "Mariana did. You have an amazing girl Kiké, keep her or I'll hurt you." He looked down at her and gave her a hug and kiss.

I left them to be and as I was walking to Yaz and Joc as seen in the corner of my eye Corey with the girl he must've been in bed with. He should be here to celebrate for Kiké and enjoy the party, but instead he was in the corner only talking to that chick. I sat down with the guys and Yaz started laughing at me. "What did I do know?" i said laughing. "You keep looking over there. Advice, don't be the girl that watches them, be the girl that makes him watch you." he said sounding really smart and serious. I actually let what he said sink in and walked back into the house. I looked at the bartender and asked for a shot of his strongest. I quickly downed the content and winced as it made it's way down my throat.

I walked back outside and heard the song that was on and quickly got Joc on the dance floor. It was "She Twerkin"- Cash Out and Layla instantly got Trayce to the dance floor along with other couples. I saw Corey tense up as he saw me dance on Joc and I knew Yazmani's advice was working. Joc knew exactly what I was doing so he played along well. Joc knew that things between us were comfortable because we are best friends.

After the song was over, Corey looked pissed. I walked towards Kiké and we decided to take shots together. I was about too many shots into the party and I felt myself getting hella drunk. Kiké tried to get me to play beer pong, but I'm not a huge fan of beer so I stick to my hard liquor. I was sitting laying on the floor in the living room trying to take selfies on snapchat but my lighting was horrible. I was getting frustrated and decided to just give up.

I walked into the kitchen and grabbed some carne asada tacos and a raspberry smirnoff bottle from the freezer. I walked outside and sat on Joc's lap.

"Lani, how much have you been drinking?" he said looking at the bottle in my hand. "Just a couple." I said slurring my words. "Oh boy, she's drunk. Don't give her no more, because she is a very clingy and sexual person when she's had too much." Layla said as she took my tacos and started eating them.

"Heyyyy. I was drinking those." I said and started laughing. "Okay, someone help me get her upstairs please. She's done for the night." Joc said and as soon as he said that Trayce, Layla, Andre, Kike, and Mariana got up and left. "GEEZE GUYS THANKS!" Joc yelled. "Babe stop yelling." I said as I tried covering his mouth.

Joc's Pov:

I tried to get Lani to stop drinking but she wouldn't stop chugging the bottle of Vodka. Everyone was now inside because it was too cold out.

I look at Lani and she's looking down at her boobs touching them. I looked away laughing. "It's a bit nippy outside. Look Joc!" she said trying to grab my hand to put it on her breast. "Lani stop!" I said as I pulled my hand away. I then see Corey walk outside and he grabs a beer from the ice chest. "Corey! Come here please." he looked up hesitant but then walked towards us. "What's up?" he asked.

"Can you help me get her upstairs please, she's hammered." I asked as I tried to get the Vodka bottle from her.

Corey's POV:

"Can you help me get her upstairs please, she's hammered." Joc asked as he tried to get the Vodka bottle from her. I nodded and tried to get her to stand up.

"Come on Lani let me help you." I said as I grabbed onto her.

"Seager!" She said excitedly. "How was that girl in bed? I bet not as good as I would've been." She said laughing. "Bro you slept with Madisyn?! And Lani saw?!" Joc said loudly.

"SHHHH. Gee say it loud enough so everyone can here. She walked in. Who cares if she saw, you and her and getting it anyways." I said starting to get angry.

I only slept with my ex Madisyn because she was in town and things got heated. We talked after and agreed that we would remain friends.

"WHAT?!" Joc yelled. "DUDE SHE'S MY BEST FRIEND. SHE LIKES YOU NOT ME!" he was starting to get really pissed.

"No she doesn't Joc." I said with my head down. "Corey believe me, she was dancing with me to get you jealous because you were with Madisyn and practically friend zoned her." he said. I looked down at her and she was asleep on the grass. "Tell her how you feel tomorrow, because believe me she thinks you have no interest in her." Joc said as he took his sweater off to wrap around Lani.

"I'll get her upstairs, just try to tell everyone that the party is over now." I said as I wrapped my arms around her. Joc nodded and walked inside. It was now 1:30 in the morning and I was extremely tired. I was walking up the stairs with Lani in my hands and I felt her getting ready to throw up. I tried to quickly get her to my bathroom and sure enough we made it just in time. I wiped her mouth with a warm wet rag and tried to tie her hair up. She looked up at me and started crying.

"Hey Alana, why are you crying?" I asked as I wiped her tears away. "Because you're so nice and I like you but you think I'm ugly. I'm hot. I'm a hot ass girl and you don't like me." She was so serious too and she was literally crying. I tried not to laugh and she noticed. "Stop laughing at me." she said more of in a whining voice. I grabbed her face and kissed her. My tongue swiped her lips for entrance and she allowed me to. The kiss was getting heated and that's when I stopped it. I wasn't going to let it get any farther than that because I knew she would probably not remember anything by tomorrow. "Alana, you are a hot ass girl. A very hot girl that I do like. Any guy would be lucky to have you." I said then carefully planted a kiss on her forehead.

I looked through my clothes to see if I could find a long shirt for her to wear and I turned around and she was in her bra and thong laid out on my bed. I couldn't help but look at how beautiful she looked asleep and I contemplated whether I should lay down with her or sleep on the couch. I didn't want her to wake up and be mad for seeing her. I was too tired though and everyone was still downstairs.

I got in the shower really quick and brushed my teeth. After all that, I was just in my boxers and decided to lay on my bed with Lani. Hopefully she doesn't get mad but I'm tired. Also, hopefully things can work out between the both of us. She moves around in the bed and throws her arm around me and snuggles up against me. I pull her in closer and allow myself to fall into a deep sleep.
