Chapter 9 [Detention]

Reign's P.O.V

The day passed so quickly. Di ko na namalayan na its already our last subject na pala. Until 2 PM lang daw kami ngayon so that we can prepare for tomorrow's activity. Remember yung Team Building sa Bicol? Omg I'm so excited about it kaso panira lang talaga tong detention na to. Hay!

Just because of this detention lang naman, I can't go home early and I can't prepare my stuffs for tomorrow! Aish! I'm so disappointed, pero wala na ko magagawa. I'm under this system.

"Goodbye class. See you all tomorrow. 12 nn is the call time, don't forget." Oh, Ma'am Garcia dismissed na us pala. Pre occupied nanaman utak ko.

"Una na kami Ulan! Goodluck sa detention mo mwa mwa tsup tsup!!" Aish! Kahit kailan talaga tong si Angelita! She never fails to make me inis. But ayos na yon kesa yung mga cheap na btches na 'uh-huh girls' ang mang annoy sakin.

After makaalis nina LM and Angela sa school because mag aayos pa daw sila ng gamit, dumaan muna ako sa school's cafeteria bago pumunta dun sa assigned area na lilinisan ko. I'm so hungry na kaya. Di ko man lang na feel yung lunch ko kanina.

I grabbed a slice of ham and cheese pizza, fries, a can of coke and a slice of choco moist cake. Grabe, RIP diet for now. My face's still beautiful though.

After eating my snacks, I went straight sa locker ko. Iniwan ko kasi dun yung dalawang precious na detention slip.

Activity Hall.

Activity Hall? Seriously? Eh ang laki nung area na yun ah. Bahala na nga. For sure, I have so many karamay naman. Kahit sosyalin tong West High University na to ay kahit papano, there are still late students pa rin naman. Hihi, sana lang marami kami.

Pumunta na ako sa activity hall. And luckily, I was not mistaken. Medyo marami nga kaming na-assign here. Nice one!

Ayos na rin to. I'll just think na kahit papano medyo kakampi ko pa rin si luck. Imagine, hindi ako mahihirapan mag clean here dahil marami naman kami. Not bad. Lalo na saakin na may two slips. Oh crap. A detention slip pa naman is equal to 2 hours community service. Great, isn't it?

Di ko namalayan ang time. 2 hrs have passed na pala. Nakakapagod pa din pala kahit papano. I feel like, parang nabawi ulit yung mga nakain ko kanina. Aish! I'm feeling hungry again!

At dahil mas powerful ang tummy ko ay ito ang sinunod ko. I went back again sa cafeteria. Okay Reign, this will be fast. Konting pahinga lang and a few subo subo. Kung gusto mo makauwi ng maaga.

After I ate my bacon and cheese burger pumunta na ko sa next area ko.

Library.

Easy! Actually, hindi pa ko nakakapasok sa lib pero feel ko this one would be easy.

I handed the slip dun sa nagbabantay para pirmahan nya na sign na naglinis talaga ako. After that, umalis na sya nung nakita nyang pumasok na ako.

I grabbed the soft broom and started to sweep the floor. Grabe ang dusty naman pala here! I thought this one would be easy, huh! Patuloy pa rin ako sa pag sweep nang biglang I heard the door click.

"Who's there?" I asked. But no one responded.

"Hey.. Who's there sabi eh?" but wala pa rin. "Kung napa trouble ka and this is also your area, go help me to clean na. Para mapadali." I added. Just so I realised na para na pala ako ditong baliw. Am I talking to someone? Parang wala namang tao eh. So, I just continued to clean.

Nung medyo matatapos na ako sa floor dahil naipon ko na yung dumi, idudustpan ko nalang nang suddenly, the wind blew.

Kilabot. That one word hit me. Yan mismo yung naramdaman ko. At the same time, inis. Aish! Inipon ko na yung dumi, I'm almost done sa pag sweep tapos hahanginin lang!
