I was asleep in my bed all cuddled up in the hospital blanket.
Still I couldn't find a comfortable position to sleep in.
The baby was kicking until I felt someone put a puffy pillow under my belly and finally the little baby girl was calm and I could get some rest.

"Princess get up." I heard someone say
My dad

"Princess wake up."

"No Dad I didn't sleep the whole night."

"I got you your favorite ice cream."

"I'm up. Where is it? Give me."
He gave me the ice cream and I ate it.
AHHH chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream never fails to satisfy my cravings.

"Jai went back to your house to fix a few things before you went back."

"Mkay."

"We need to talk."

"What is it?"

"I found out about your Moms where abouts. She lives here in the city. And she works at your school."

"What?"

"She wants to meet you."

"No."

"Just give her a chance."

"Dad she left me when I was 5 and she wants to try and make things right when I'm already 22 nope sorry."

" Just give her a chance please. She just wants to meet you that's all and she said you can decide if you want to build a relationship with her or not."

"Well I've decided and it's a no."

"Look sweetie I understand how you feel. If you want to meet her that's ok. It's not gonna change anything between me and you."

"I know that but I'm just not up for it. She left me and now I find out she's been living in the same city. "

"Just give her one chance. Just one chance."

"Is this why you got me ice cream?"

"Maybe."

"Fine."

"Okay I'll call her up and set up a date."

" Can you get me more ice cream please? And some cheese fries maybe. With extra bacon."

He chuckled and then said
"Sure thing princess"

Right after he left I got a text message from Jai

Jai- Luke I can't do this anymore.

What? The? Fuck?

Jenna- Jai are you okay?

Jai- shit sorry I was supposed to send this to Luke

Jenna- ok but are you sure your okay?

Jai- yes I'm fine. No need to worry.

Jenna- ok love you😘

Jai- love you more😘

Luke to Jai- you really are a fucking idiot

Jai- and your one who needs help

Luke- fuck you. Just make sure you don't give anything away or were both fucked and then we will have to leave back to Australia
