The Adventures of Sky Endo (and Alice) -6-

Last time, on The Adventures of Sky Endo (and Alice): Sky and Alice were investigating the school, when a mysterious boy and his own guardian character revealed themselves. For some reasons, they were stealing emotions from a student. Sky and Alice awakened a new power, and managed to fight him off, but the mystery of who that boy was is still out there. Now, the next day at Sky's house...

"Alice, I'll allow you to go with me to school again just this time." Sky said, her voice tired.
"Really? Why?" Alice sounded a bit surprised.
"I need you to make sure I don't fall asleep during class." Sky admitted,"Still, if you cause problems again, no matter how tired I am you will pay."
"O-oh, alright." Alice said, nodding,"Perhaps we'll see that boy again. It's likely he goes to our school."
Aiko walked over, while eating a bowl of cereal at the same time,"Wow, you really do look exhausted. Also, did I hear you talking about a boy? That's kinda strange for you." She had a bit of a mischievous smile.
"Wh-what?! No, it's nothing like thaaaaat!" Sky said,"When I was exploring, we ran into a bad guy! Like, a Super villain!"
"He even had another guardian character." Alice added.
Aiko tilted her head, stopping eating for a moment,"What? I figured you'd just kinda had fun last night."
"Nope. I even did a cool transformation thing! Like BOOM!, SPARKLE!, SMILE! Superhero mode." Sky attempted to explain her character transformation to  Aiko through hand motions.
"Hmmmm, you sure who didn't fall asleep well exploring?" Aiko asked.
"She did not fall asleep." Alice said,"All this really happened."
"Well than, can you show me?" Aiko asked, a bit of an amused smile on her face.
"But, Mom and Dad are still here, I can't do it if they saw!" Sky said.
"Hmmm, what exactly are you talking about?" Kyoko poked her head out of the kitchen.
"AHHHHHH!" Alice screamed, luckily, Kyoko couldn't hear her.
"No-nothing." Sky said quickly, waving her hands frantically as if to try to cover things up.
"You're only making us look more suspicious." Aiko said, looking over at Sky, and chuckling slightly.
"Suspicious about what?" Kyoko asked, she had a growing smile.
Sky looked over at Aiko desperately, with a kind of, we need a cover story look on her face.
Aiko looked back, clearly she didn't have any good ideas either.
Kyoko laughed again,"You two...what am I ever going to do with you?"
"Um, haha, nothing, I think it's fine as it is." Sky said, starting to sneak out.
Kyoko just laughed more,"Sure. You don't have to hide that kind of stuff from me. Maybe Ryan, he's a bit of a worrywart."
"What kind of stuff?" Aiko said, attempting to give Sky a way to escape.
"Oh, you didn't really think I only started listening at when I appeared, did you?" Kyoko said.
"Ummmm, what?" Sky tried to feign ignorance.
"What happens if you're a bit late for school?" Kyoko asked,"I think we can talk."
"It might not turn out too badly..." Sky said.
"I think we can get an excuse." Aiko said
"Good." Kyoko smiled,"Let's go into the dining room for a bit, Ryan will probably leave for work in a moment anyways, so we won't have to worry about that." She turned around and headed into the dining room, Sky and Aiko followed her.
Alice flew up to Kyoko, looking at her with interest in her eyes,"Hmmm, she can't see me, but... I feel like she knows I'm here."

Kyoko shut the door behind them after they all entered,"So you're a magical girl too, then?" She looked at Sky.
"Oh, uh," Sky looked down,"I guess. Does that mean you really were a magical girl once too?"
"Yep." Kyoko looked down for a moment,"But it doesn't seem like it was the same way."
"Hmmm, she doesn't seem like she ever had a guardian character herself." Alice said, flying around her.
"Oh, okay." Sky said.
"Wow. So you had adventures too when you were younger." Aiko said.
"Well, I was older than you are now. But, it is how I met Ryan." Kyoko said,"Still, have you been in contact with a cat like animal?" For a moment she seemed extremely serious,"One that calls itself Kyubey?"
Sky blinked a few times,"Nope, never."
"Good." Kyoko said,"Still, what kind of magical girl are you then?"
"Hey, Alice? Is it possible for you to show yourself?" Sky asked,"Even to an adult?"
"Hmmmm," Alice seemed deep in thought.
"Well, you didn't think I could see you and I did. So I'm sure there's got to be a way for her to see it too." Aiko said.
"Well, not in my normal state, but perhaps..." Alice continued thinking.
Kyoko was waiting, smiling at the two's innocence and happiness.
"That's it!" Alice said,"If we character transformed, I could talk through you!"
"Character...transformed?" Aiko asked.
"It's how I fought off that bad guy last night." Sky said, making a few punching noises towards the air.
"Oh, I do want to see that, kinda." Aiko said.
"Alright, Sky, you think you can do it?" Alice asked.
Sky nodded, and Alice once again flew inside her. Just like last night, her clothes reformed into the brown dress, pirate hat, and all of the form, before Sky and Alice said together, both voices came out of one mouth,"Character Transformation! Wonderland Explorer!"
Kyoko laughed a bit,"I haven't seen something like that in a long time."
"So, um, hello, I'm Alice." She spoke through Sky,"I've been helping out Sky for the past few months. I'm her guardian character. Or to be more clear, I'm like who she wants to be."
Aiko had somehow got popcorn to eat while watching the transformation,"That's kinda incredible." She said in between bites.
"Nice to meet you." Kyoko said, thinking inwardly of how both similar and different it was to her own days as a magical girl.
"I've just been helping her out with making friends, having fun, going on the adventures she wants to have." Alice said,"We however just faced our first bad guy, and did this for the first time, last night."
"Did you get hurt? Was it a witch?" Again, Kyoko sounded worried for a bit.
"Don't know what a witch is, so nope. It was another kid, with similar powers to me and Sky." Alice said.
"And I'm fine," Sky added, finally using her own mouth,"Just a bit tired, but he didn't try to hurt me."
"Was it more dangerous for you?" Aiko asked, as she noticed Kyoko's worries.
"Yeah, it was..." Kyoko sounded sad, she was reminiscing a bit,"But I'm glad it's better for you. I think the way things are going now might just be good for you Sky."
"So, you aren't mad at all? About all of this?" Sky said.
"Nope. I was a bit worried, but I think things are okay. Just, take care of each other, okay?" Kyoko said.
"Alright." Sky and Alice said in unison.
"Course." Aiko said.
"Well, I won't keep you from school any longer. You should probably start running." Kyoko said.
"Oh, there's no need for that, Aiko, follow me outside." Alice said.
"Um, okay, but what's your plan?" Aiko asked.
"Well, I didn't transform only to not use any of my powers." Alice said, as she headed outside.

Kyoko soon heard screams as the transformed Sky pulled Aiko along on some kind of airship creation that flew off towards the school. She smiled. Even with the few worries she couldn't shake off, she had certainly noticed how much happier it made Sky, even before she had confronted her about it today.
Then, she heard a voice from behind her. Kyubey,"Don't worry, I'll give them a few years."
"What are you doing here?" Kyoko immediately reversed.
"I'll wait for them both to have real dreams and wishes. That way it'll be worth it for them to become magical girls." Kyubey said.
"Stop acting sympathetic." Kyoko said.
"Come on, aren't I giving you good news?" Kyubey said.
"I never want to see you again." Kyoko said.
"Well, both Sky and Aiko will make great magical girls, in a few years. Sky already has a head start, although I'd say she's in magical girl kindergarten." Kyubey said.
"I'll stop you." Kyoko said.
"You really think you can?" Then Kyubey disappeared.

Kyoko looked down. Was that really how things would be? No. She'd make sure it wasn't. Those happy faces she saw Sky and Aiko have earlier. She'd keep them that way.

Whoops, that got a bit dark at the end there. Well, Sky's whole story is still happy and fun. Still, I hope I did adult Kyoko well enough, uniduckface . Also I have no clue how to Kyubey since I've only seen like 3 episodes of Madoka Magica but I did my best. Anyways, will the plot actually advance next time? Will a random character transformation be forced into every chapter like in a real magical girl show? Again, who is that mysterious boy? And will Ryan ever actually appear? Perhaps you'll find out next time, on The Adventures of Sky Endo (and Alice).

Ps: I wonder if this is like the actual Halloween special, considering it came out on Halloween...? I don't know.
